This Beautiful Oceanfront Condo Is Waiting For You!!!

Our condo is located on the 5th floor directly on the sugar-white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Inside this 1770 sq/ft condo is 3 bedrooms and 3 baths (plus sofa sleeper) that have been tastefully decorated in a rustic coastal flavor. The open floor plan includes a spacious kitchen with all new appliances, granite counter tops, a breakfast nook with seating for 6 and amazing views of the entire peninsula.

The kitchen looks into the dining room and living room and onward to the 360 sq/ft terrace that overlooks the pool and then the white sandy beaches and turquoise green ocean that awaits your visit. The dining room has seating for 6 and there is also 3 stools for additional seating at the bar. The living room can easily accommodate seating for 6 to sit back and relax in the evening after those long sunny days to watch a movie, a game or a little tv on the 55 inch LCD. The couch can be converted into a queen sofa sleeper to accommodate those extra guest needing a place to lie down for the night.

The spacious terrace has lounge seating for 4 and table seating for an additional 4. The terrace/balcony provides astonishing views of the entire peninsula, which includes the sound, the bridge, the gulf's longest pier, the largest pool in Navarre and of course the ocean. The views are just breathtaking and a great place for that morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Come and check it out for yourself.

This condo also provides:
* free beach set up March - October with 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella
* in unit laundry room with full size washer and dryer for your use
* assigned covered parking in the garage and one additional unreserved spot
* flat screen TV's in every bedroom plus the living room
* Use of the buildings tennis courts, small fitness center, and pool

Navarre Beach is located between Pensacola and Destin with restaurants, shops, nearby entertainment and outlet malls as well as plenty of kid friendly activities for your enjoyment. There are three great restaurants and bars within walking distance from the condo. So if you want to keep it simple, relaxed, and beautiful, this is the beach and place for you. This condo fit our needs in every way-spacious, clean and had a lot of items to use like games, kitchen materials, loved the jetted tub, picturesque view from the balconies. A heated pool would be better for the winter months but we had a few warmer days and were able to enjoy the beach with pristine white sand. Our best vacation yet, thank you!

We welcome you to our home away from home. We are a Midwest family at heart growing up in the St. Louis area but spent 10 years in Houston Texas so we have some of that southern charm too. Our children are currently 13 and 10 and very active in all sports and they love the beach.

Why they chose this property

We chose Beach Colony West because the Condominium was new and Navarre Beach is much more relaxed compared to its Destin neighbor to the east. We found that when we go to the beach we truly want to enjoy the beach and have lots of fun in the sun. So we prefer to keep it simple and beautiful and that is what you get in Navarre - Beautiful beaches, views, sunrises and sunsets. If you want the hustle and bustle, Destin and Pensacola are a mere 15 to 30 minute drive away, so you can get the best of both worlds if you so desire.

What makes this property unique

Every room in this condo has fantastic views. In most condos, the living room and master might have a beautiful view, but this floor plan allows everyone to have their own private view of the Ocean or Sound, so a waterfront view is available to everyone. In addition, Navarre is surrounded on both sides by National parks that will protect the beauty and simplicity of its surroundings that we desired in our home away from home. Plus how can you forget about the white sandy beaches, some of the prettiest in the world. We hope you enjoy our fully furnished condo for your get away from it all.
