Updated condo, 7th floor, direct oceanfront in gated community on North Hutchinson Island. Gorgeous ocean views and steps to the beach! Oceanfront heated pool! The home has 2 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, has a fully equipped kitchen, including coffeemaker, stainless appliances, granite countertops, side by side refrigerator with icemaker in the door, and microwave.
Private balcony with chairs and tables with direct ocean views. Condo has washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Master bedroom has a king bed with white cotton sheets and luxurious hotel quality white comforter and pillows. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and single bed.
Amenities include outdoor grill area, covered gazebo at the pool and exercise room.
Unit is fully equipped with comfortable beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels.
The condo comes with high-speed Wi-Fi for the best connection to the internet available. Must complete Application for the HOA before occupancy. NEW 30-day minimum (when booking beginning on 1 or 2nd of the month) during season Dec-April. Hurry and reserve your stay at Ocean Harbour South!

This unit is very well equipped and pristine. Nancy is an attentive host interested in ensuring that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. The condominium complex is extremely well-managed, and equally maintained in a pristine manner. A wonderful experience throughout our 3-month stay!

Great condo
We really liked this condo and the location at Ft Pierce. Nancy, the owner is fantastic and extremely responsive and helpful. Would book one of her properties again in a heart beat! The complex itself is/was undergoing some serious construction which had a big impact on the experience. Listening to jackhammers while trying to relax in the pool was not great. Complex communication about the projects was all over the place and changed daily. Nancy worked hard to get information and kept us as updated as she could. Once the construction is all done, I'd definitely stay there again!

Beautiful, well kept condo with gorgeous views of the beach and ocean
The property and the complex as a whole were in great condition. The property was well supplied with all linens, towels, and necessary kitchen appliances. The pool and beach house were great spaces to relax while being steps away from the private beach. Would absolutely recommend this property to anybody looking for a peaceful location that is just a short drive to Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, and Port St. Lucie
