The Birch Lane Chalet

Located in lovely Linville Land Harbor, the Birch Lane Chalet has all the conveniences of home. Linville Land Harbor itself has many amenities to offer, including golf, pickleball, and tennis courts. Every season offers unparalleled adventures in the Blue Ridge mountains, including skiing, golf, hiking, fishing!

We offer all the amenities of home including a kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.
Please note, there is not a functional fireplace in the home.
For your entertainment, we`ve provided flat screen TVs, Roku for streaming your favorite channels, DVD player, games and books.
The chalet has 2 decks and a charcoal grill ~ perfect for solo relaxation time or family vacation.

Linville Land Harbor is a resort community and offers a playground, game room, business center, library, swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts. Guests have access to the lake for fishing and boating ~ feel free to bring your own kayak or canoe. Linville Land Harbor Golf club offers a beautiful yet challenging 18 hole course within minutes of the Chalet.

YMCA is close, a little over 3 miles away!. Non-members can enjoy the YMCA facilities all day. Adult passes are $10, kids 17 and under are $5 to enjoy the outdoor playground, indoor water park, lap pool and fitness center. There are also 3 ski/snowboard areas nearby including Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain and Appalachian. Hawksnest offers ziplining and tubing adventures.

We do use a property management software, so after booking on Airbnb, you can expect emails from ownerrez that will have check in and check out information. In addition to that, you may find a request for a deposit (credit card hold, not a hard charge) and a property agreement to sign. Please reach out to the host directly for further information, questions or concerns.

Whether visiting Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls, Linville Caverns or the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway, many exciting adventures await. Find paddling, golf, horseback, gem mining, cycling, climbing, hiking, skiing, snowboarding and more within minutes of the BLC ~ something for everyone! Tanger Outlets and downtown Blowing Rock provide unique shopping experiences. Tweetsie Railroad is family fun for an entire day! The place was sort of clean. They had amenities that we could use however, the pool listed is not available for others to use. I was told by Vacasa, who manages the Vrbo at this house that we would have access to the pool but never received an access code. There are stains on the carpet from pets since it is pet friendly and on the furniture, it smelled a little musty inside. Two of the chairs on the deck were broken and worn out from being so old. No one had cut the grass around the property. It was very quiet.

Great family spot.

Awesome place for a family get away. Though it was cold and all the neighborhood facilities were shut down, LLH has a ton of amenities. We'll definitely be back to check it out in the summer.

A cozy cabin with everthing to enjoy some days in the mountains.

Our family really enjoyed the days stayed at the cabin which is located in a good neighborhood close to many attraction in the NC mountains. We recommend this cabin, has everything you need to enjoy a good vacations The Velazquez family
