Watercolor at Seaside!!

The Ward family's home away from no home in sunny WaterColor.

This 2800 sq ft 3 bedroom + bunk room / 4.5 bath home is located in Phase I of WaterColor directly behind Seaside and adjacent to the WaterColor tennis facility. It includes 3 large bedrooms with King size beds (plus daybed in Master), a bunk area that sleeps 6, teen lounge, spacious kitchen/great room on 1st floor, screened dining porch, and back porch. There are parking spaces for 2 cars in the driveway. One additional parking pass is available.

High speed internet service is provided free of charge. There are 5 TVs and a DVD player and DVDs. Enjoy close proximity to the beach, 4 pools (2 are heated) , BeachClub, restaurants including the Fish out of Water Restaurant and Sushi Bar, a wine market/cafe, tennis (including 5 Har-Tru courts-court fees apply), and boutiques. A Publix grocery store is located on-site.

OUR CALENDAR IS KEPT UP TO DATE. Posted rates include WaterColor Beach Club wristbands. Please note that wristbands are required for all guests age 5 or older. A maximum of 10 access bands are available. The number supplied is based on the number of people in your reservation.

Wedding Paradise

Beautiful, conveniently located home in WaterColor. We had a large group for my sons wedding and the house accommodated us perfectly, each bedroom with its own bath. Although we didn’t do much cooking, the kitchen was well stocked for a large group!

Perfect cottage for family or friends

Wayward Sun is the perfect beach house getaway. Plenty of space for your group to relax. It is close to everything but nestled in the woods.The house had cozy bedding, as well after a fun day at the beach!

Favorite place!

Great Watercolor Property

Really enjoyed our stay at Wayward Sun. Location is perfect, right next to Watercolor & Seaside tennis, easy walk to Seaside town center and Watercolor beach club. Plenty of room at the house with multiple inside and outside seating areas. The kitchen was fantastic. Very well stocked with everything you could possibly need and a huge table. Ann was great and we will be staying here again.

Fall Break Getaway

We had the best few days at WayWard Sun! This was our first time in the Seaside/Watercolor area and we loved it so much! We had a little one in tow and couldn’t have asked for a better location. Steps to shopping, eating and the beach made it so easy for everyone to come and go as they pleased. The weather was beautiful the entire time and the house was perfect! We hope to visit again next Fall!

We loved every minute spent at this house. The location, in Watercolor but right behind Seaside, was ideal. The bikes were a great amenity. Best condo in the Destin/30-A area!!

We’ve stayed in many condos in the area over the years, but this one was our favorite! The location is terrific! The condo itself is beautiful, and the owner, Ann, was very helpful throughout the process. So many extras, such as bicycles, dedicated icemaker, hooks in all the right places. There is even a library for renters to take a book and/or leave one. Also, there was plenty of hot water for when everybody wants to take a shower when getting home from the beach in the afternoon, unlike at some of the condos we stayed at in the past. I’m going to try to stay here again next year if possible!
