The house is right across the street from the lake - with beautiful views right from the breakfast nook. The rooms are decently sized, and there is amble shared space for spending time together. The main downside is that the heat does not work so, the place is not suitable outside of summer. The house also has a distinct mold smell.

Great long weekend !

The location of this property was perfect! We enjoyed local attractions such as hiking, water falls, and wineries. Then were able to walk across the road and enjoy beautiful Cayuga Lake! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful spot in a beautiful community, but for what amounted to more than 600 dollars a night I would expect better and more cordial service from the local agency. The door lock was not set when we arrived and we had to work for 15 minutes via phone to get in. Our TV was out for more than half the stay, and we are still waiting for a colander. Please clarify what portion beach is available to renters. I asked, but never received an answer. The owner lives near-by. He was very kind and tried to get the broken TV to work.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the beautiful home and community, and we appreciate your kind words about the homeowner's efforts to assist with the TV issue. We sincerely apologize for the challenges you experienced with the entry code and TV during your stay. Your feedback regarding communication and the beach access information is appreciated, and we will use it to help improve the guest experience. Thank you for choosing Finger Lakes Premier Properties, and we hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future.

Cayuga Lake

The home was is a nice location. Bedrooms were spacious. Plenty of seating for all. Nice view of the lake. The pull out sofa was not comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well stocked.

Fall 2021 Birthday Trip

The cottage is much bigger inside than it appears. Plenty of room for our group of 7. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked all our meals there. The beds were comfortable, keeping in mind that the sleeper sofa is just a sleeper sofa. The place was clean and safe and had a beautiful view of the lake.

Great place to spend the week!

This is a lovely, clean and tidy home right across the small street from Cayuga Lake. It has a new coat of paint outside, so it looks much better than the picture. There were 4 adults and a child and we had plenty of room to spread out. There are actually TWO dining rooms and living rooms! My adult children and my grandson walked across the street, and used the shed provided there to store their fishing gear, and spend quite a few happy hours fishing, There was lots of room to store the food we brought, and plenty of pots and pans for cooking it! I would definitely go back again!

Labor day weekend

My family booked this house labor day weekend (4 nights). We had a nice stay but we would not return. The house is old and outdated which is fine however for the price of the house per night I was dissapointed at how little the property comapny provided to us. We were given one garbage bag per can and one roll of toilet paper. We had to go into town and buy house stuff that I think should be provided by the rental property, this place isn't cheap! Some of the drawers in the kitchen wouldn't open and the most frustration was at night we wanted to watch a movie on HBO but someone who stayed at the cabin put a parental lock on HBO. We called the rental property to see what the code was but they were unaware of it. Over all we had a nice stay but for the cost of the place We expected more.

Thank you for your feedback, Alexandra. We apologize that the home did not meet your expectations for your family vacation. We outline what supplies are provided in the agreement that all guests sign prior to staying with us. This home does have a few false/ decorative drawers in the kitchen. It's uncommon for our homeowners to provide HBO, but they may put certain restrictions on it for their protection. We hope to host you again in the future, and to have the opportunity to provide you with a 5-star experience.

The Place We Needed

A great respite for a family trip to memorialize a loved one. The house had plenty of space for everyone to sit and share stories. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The setting was gorgeous and we took many pictures down by the lake

Great location ~ wonderful stay!

It’s our fifth time staying at this cottage ~ very roomy ~ love the beach front and front screened in porch! It was a great getaway during this pandemic as social distancing outside is so easy! Plan to visit again next year if we can!

Really enjoyed our stay!

We love this property ~ have stayed here before. Need to take spices, olive oil, aluminum foil, paper plates and anything else that you might use every day. Lots of room in the cottage with plenty of regular plates, coffee mugs, glasses and wine glasses. Lots of room on the beach too ~ beautiful spot! ❤️
