About this property

Cute, cozy and clean describes this quaint "up north", bear log furniture decorated cottage. It is a short, TWO BLOCK walk or drive to the township beach, park and beautiful Higgins Lake. 1/4 mile to the boat launch. The cottage has 2 bedrooms: 1 queen and the other with twin beds, as well as a lazy boy queen sleeper in the living area. It comes fully furnished except for sheets and towels. Bathroom with shower. Enjoy your own campfire, charcoal grill and picnic table in the large, private yard with lake view. The yard is large and can accommodate 2 vehicles and/or a large boat. There is plenty of room for the kids to run around, ride bikes or walk to the local ice cream/candy store. Internet and Cable. No pets! No smoking! Rental rate is one of the cheapest at the lake! Private setting! Cable and internet.

4th of July week is a Saturday to Saturday rental only.

Four night minimum which must be within a Saturday to Saturday time period.

Perfect getaway canin

We enjoyed our stay and owners were so accommodating and easy to work with. Cabin definitely had the Higgins Lake vibe. Would stay again for sure

Send kid to camp for mom/dad getaway

We enjoyed a great few days on Higgins Lake while our daughter was at camp for the week just across the lake. We have been to Higgins lake several times before, but had never rented from this vrbo before. Julie was a great host. She answered our questions and greeted us within hours of our arrival. Gave us advice on things to do in town and where to shop or go for a swim. The cottage was perfect for us and will love to rent from Julie in the future. Thank you for a lovely and peaceful get away. Family vacation

We had a wonderful time at the cottage! It was super clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Pots and pans looked brand new or at least well taken care of😊. There was a large backyard for the kids to play in. We had cookouts and bonfires . It was a very short walk to the beach and the playground at the park was very nice ! Julie the owner was always a phone call away and was very helpful if we had questions . We will be back!! Donna
