Enjoy the lovely North end location, just a few blocks to Spring Lake's beach and center of town. Rental includes Five beach/pool badges plus Beach Box (includes 5 beach chairs, 1 umbrella). Linens and towels provided, it's move-in ready for your vacation.
Over 4500 sq. ft. home featuring four floors of gracious living. Two story entry foyer, hardwood floors throughout. Large, gourmet kitchen that opens into sunny, contemporary dining area with shutters and a newly furnished living room with gas fireplace. The recently renovated third floor guest quarters is decorated with shiplapped walls, cozy dormers, built in beds, family area, coffee bar & a private, new full bathroom.
Finished basement includes 1/2 bath, wide plank wood floors, raised panel molding, fireplace, flanked by built-in bookcases, family area, full-sized ping pong table, and yoga room with light weights.

Relax on the 28 foot deck on the west side of house with your morning coffee, accessed through two sets of French doors and new furniture or choose the 17 foot deck on the east side of the house that overlooks paver patio for your outdoor dining pleasure.

Also provided: 2 beach cruiser bikes with bike lock.

Rental includes Victory gas BBQ grill. Large outdoor shower.
Ceiling fans are in every room , 2 fireplaces

Great Spring Lake Vacation

We rented this house this past summer and everything about it was great. It is very spacious so we were able to invite several of our family members to come enjoy the house with us. Everything was perfectly clean upon our arrival. It is close enough to the beach that you can walk but we drove a couple times because my dad had hurt his knee and we had no issues finding close parking (even fourth of July week). The owners were great and very easy to work with. Would definitely rent this house again.

Memories Made !

Spacious and Retreat are just two words that truly describe this beautiful home. We've rented in Spring Lake for over 5 years in a row and this home is by far the best house ever! WIth a Queen, 2 Twin beds and a full bath on the 3rd floor and 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the second floor, you can easily rent this home with another family and never get in each others way. Not to mention a full bath on first floor and 1/2 bath in the basement. We also spent many nights ( and rainy days ) in the basement playing ping pong. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you'll ever need. The outdoor shower was a huge plus, we'd come home from the beach and everyone would rinse off there and / or shower there. Breakfast on the Front Patio, BBQ dinners on the back patio, Beach bikes to ride to town, the park, beach, and dinner. All with in 1/2 mile from the home. On cloudy or rainy days, if you wanted to leave the house - you can head to Point Pleasant, NJ only 15 mins away. There is an aquarium and boardwalk with restaurants, games, bars, mini golf, ice cream, etc. We will definately be renting this home again ! Thank you for such a wonderful stay and for allowing us to create our Summer vacation memories in your home.

Summer in Spring Lake

We have been vacationing in Spring Lake for many many years. This past summer our extended family rented this spacious home. Not only is the home beautiful, but very comfortable and child friendly. Plenty of areas to seek out a quiet space and large rooms to accommodate fun-filled family gatherings. Loved the finished basement for the teens and the lovely kitchen for family dinners. The home was very clean and homeowners were very kind and helpful during our stay. Thanks for the wonderful memories! Nina's Family

Wonderful Vacation!

We just got back from a great vacation week at this gorgeous house. We had a great time with family. We have rented this house two years in a row and loved the location and all accommodations! We enjoyed the recommended restaurants as well as barbecuing on the patio. A very relaxing, enjoyable time for all!

Best week we've ever spent at the Jersey Shore!

Extremely kind and generous homeowners made this rental outstanding. They gave us suggestions for weekly summer camp for our kids, suggested restaurants, and helped us find the best sights in Spring Lake. Great central location, great neighborhood, beautiful home! We'd definitely stay again!
