The condo was very clean & well stocked. Our view of the beach was unobstructed. The elevator was very close to our condo which made everything easier. I also enjoyed the beach chairs & umbrella that was free. We had a wonderful trip with perfect weather

Clean, well stocked in start up products. Bed slept well. Only thing I would change would be to have blackout curtains in bedroom to keep out so much light from outside at night.

About the host

Host profile image
The beach has always held a special place in my heart—I grew up visiting every year, dreaming of one day owning a beachfront getaway of my own. In 2012, that dream became a reality with the purchase of our condo at Pelican Isle. My wife, daughter, and I live in Mandeville, Louisiana, just over three hours away, and we make the trip to the coast about six times a year. Every trip to the beach is pure joy—and the moment we leave, we’re already counting the days until we can return to our little slice of paradise. As proud owners, we go above and beyond to ensure your stay is just as memorable as ours. Whether you're here for a romantic escape, a family vacation, or simply a break from the everyday, we've designed the space with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. And if you're craving mountain air after your time at the beach, we also own six cozy cabins in the Smoky Mountains—perfect for your next adventure.

Why they chose this property

Our beachside condo is meticulously maintained and thoughtfully upgraded for your comfort. It features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including a French door refrigerator, and beautiful solid oak cabinets that bring warmth and style to the space. Entertainment is effortless, with four Roku TVs throughout the unit—offering easy access to your favorite streaming apps for movies, shows, and music. The main TV also includes a Blu-Ray player for cozy movie nights. The living area is furnished with a recliner, a swivel chair, and a plush sofa sleeper purchased in 2025. In the hallway, you’ll find two built-in bunk beds, making the space perfect for sleeping up to six guests comfortably. And let’s talk about the view: it's simply stunning. The balcony offers breathtaking beachfront scenery, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. With one bedroom and two full bathrooms, this condo is a rare gem, combining space, style, and exceptional value.
