This bright 4 bedroom townhome can accommodate up to 10 people and is amazingly beautiful. This home has an upgraded professional furniture package giving you all the comforts of a vacation home and much more. This is the best option to create the story of a perfect vacation with family and friends.



Very convenient location with Walmart, Target, and Publix right next to the resort to buy your groceries. Everything you need for your vacation is available in this home. Kitchen fully furnished and ideal for preparing delicious meals with plenty of seating. Plenty of room to lounge and get together for some quality family time. Private screened-in pool with outdoor patio furniture (including sun loungers) to enjoy the great weather that Orlando offers (Pool Heat $40 per day Optional).

Guests will enjoy the security of being in a gated community along with the resort amenities. The resort amenities include the following: • Resort-Style Pool • Lazy River • Jacuzzi • Mini Golf • Water Slide • Tennis Court • Fitness Center • Kids Play Area • Volleyball Court • Basketball Court


Very family friendly with a baby pac n' play, highchair, stroller and child safety pool fence. There are also Hair Dryers, an Iron, Ironing Board to help you get ready for your adventure. The house is located in the perfect jumping-off point for Disney parks, Universal, convention center, and stores/outlets.

When you're ready to call it a day you'll find comfortable rest in any of the bedrooms. The first floor has a bedroom with a king-size bed, large TV, and a spacious closet. Upstairs are the other 3 bedrooms and where the master suite is. The master suite has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with dual vanity sinks and bathtub/shower combo. The 2 other bedrooms have a full and twin-size bed in each. There's a TV in all these bedrooms.

This home comes with a washer and dryer and free wi-fi. There is cable TV in the Family Room and every bedroom.

We have always rented houses and I was very nervous on the townhouse rental. This was our easiest and best rental experience. The home was very clean, no bug issues like all the times before in other homes. Smaller pool but kids loved it. The owner was outstanding, anytime I messaged Victor replied quickly and never seemed put out even if I messaged several times just asking questions. I promise if you rent from Victor he will do everything possible to make your stay wonderful. Thank you Victor for sharing your home with us and accommodating us when we needed.

Great property!!

The property was as advertised, which made the vacation enjoyable. You can tell that Victor put in a little extra love to have the furniture and fixtures of a higher class. We had an issue with a broken handle on garbage can, and to our surprise, another was delivered the next morning. We will definitely stay here again! Great location and the grounds were well kept.
