My pictures on my ad are showed the condition of bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. I have clearly stated on my ad, Such price ($1xx/ night) is only for that "king" size master bedroom with ensuite " only not the whole house" during COVID. I provided coffee machine, kettle and cooler box in that bedroom & it has sofa in the sitting area in that bedroom too. And your wife was required want to use kitchen, I said I given yours the extra this time, will let yours to use the kitchen during your stay, I won't cook there, my fridge is empty and cleaned for yours. I just use simple things. I have spent "2 whole days" to cleaned and sanitized the whole house before your check in and I clean the house weekly. Be honest, you both have very strong "bias". I asked you 2 times on emails "when you are arriving, but you never answered me. I spend the whole day awaiting yours arrival. I welcomed yours at my garden gate, I asked your wife- how is the flight? your wife felt strange of me, this is multicultural country, seeing Asian owner is the strange? That bedroom has key, my garden gate uses padlock, what is wrong with the number lock pad on the gate? you disliked it and did not close and lock the gate. And I still not mad with yours. As yours have the own entrance, we can may not have chance to meet in the house and I am the host, just want harmony. You disliked my place and wanted get full refund after arrived, pls consider other party- you have booked and already took the space, other people could not book my place, special in the "Easter holiday" the peak time. You had contacted Vrbo and lied, wanted to full refund and I provided the pictures to proof that you were lied so you could not win. I always took the pics after I cleaned last day before they check in that showing the condition of place, in case of damage by the bad guess. I have 2 full stars reviews before you, because they had read my ad. And I have good rating reviews in Airbnb too more than 100 guesses stayed in the past before COVID. I strongly advice you - to read the ad before make booking no just look at the price, or stay at motel, otherwise you will create the issue again.
