Beach House in Mint Condition - 1 Master bedroom with king size bed, 1-bedroom with queen size bed, 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin size beds. New air-conditioning throughout, large ceiling fan and exhaust, satellite TV and WiFi, fully stocked kitchen (cooking utensils including coffee pot, blender, toaster & even new wine glasses & real dishes...without chips!) and new refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. Outdoor washer & dryer and hot/cold shower. Newly renovated bathroom. New outdoor shower. New outdoor furniture.
There are two decks with plenty of deck furniture providing sun in the morning & in the afternoon. Front deck great for people watching and back deck with gas grill overlooks a natural preserve. Beach chairs and wagons provided.

A lovely—but small—comfortable home

We had a very good time renting Maureen’s home. Most comfortable, particularly sitting out on either of the two decks. And it was easy to meet up with our grandkids who we’re staying in Saltaire. Comfortable ride to all the near communities.
