No visitors and party allow within the property without any exceptions. This is a no smoking unit.
If you went to the beach please clean the sand outside of the building areas if applicable.
Please turn off a/c and lights before leaving the unit. Also closed the sliding door and windows when you are not at the unit.

Very nice owner and great place to stay.

The owner picked us up from the airport and gave us a brief tour as we made our way back to the property. The property was in excellent condition and close to bars and the beach. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment was perfect and so was our host - Freddie. He not only made it a terrific and comfortable place to stay, but gave us suggestions of where to go, eat and explore (locally and even in Old San Juan). Wonderful Stay !

Finding a place to stay during an emergency is never an easy process and we were very fortunate to find this wonderful apartment. Nicely furnished, very clean, easy access to stores, restaurants and essentials. Easy UBER access and most of all wonderful owners. Very kind and accommodating to our needs. Can’t thank them enough for making a difficult situation a little easier. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

This property is three minutes walk (3 Blocks) from the supermarket, beaches and restaurants. It has a 36 BTU aA/C in the leaving area and a 12BTU at the master bedroom. Less than two minutes walk from the beach
