Wonderful cabin, everything necessary for your stay, beautiful property located on a river. Fantastic getaway spot, I will be back next year for a longer stay, loved it.
Beautiful cottage with all the amenities except for the TV. Unfortunately, we had no TV for the entirety of our stay because the satellite was not working but we made due. Host was very apologetic and offered us a rebate for our inconvenience. Would stay there again.

Wow nice place .
Wonderful cottage, very beautiful and clean with everything we need, nice view and peaceful
Amazing place , great location and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The beautiful town of Souris is moments away, I love that are tvs in each bedroom so my kids could wind down on their own. LOVED the hot tub with the view !
We had an awesome time in Souris! Our cottage had everything we needed so we could just relax. Very quiet, private spot. Nice sunsets..screened in porch was perfect..no bugs to worry about. Will definitely be back!!!
We had a beautiful stay, had everything we needed! The hot tub was where most of our time was spent looking at the view. Was amazing and well needed downtime for us.
Thank you

Suited our needs for a 3 night stay in Souris area. Cozy cabin with everything you need. Clean. Good location. A few small fixes required with windows or screens but the host was easy to communicate for any minor issues. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Nice cottage with everything you need. This is very close to the river so the mosquitoes were relentless. They were bad in other spots as well and this had a lot to do with the conditions and time of year. There is a nice screened in area with the hot tub and I found the mosquitoes were not too bad on the deck with the bbq. This spot is very close to all the places we wanted to see on our day outings. Being dog friendly was huge for us and the owners had everything taken care of prior to our arrival.

Hurry up before everybody wants to rent it!!
Paul and Chris have been an amazing team of landlords. It was easy to communicate with them and they replied clear and prompt answers to our questions/requests. They were very welcoming and took the time to come to the cabins to wish us a good stay at their place. The instructions how to get to the cabins and procedures to settle down were clear. They also did everything they could to make our stay memorable, from bringing us things that were missing in the cabins, suggestions for a good spot to go fishing or personal contacts for windsurfing lessons!
As we were 2 families together, we rented the 2 cabins on this huge part of land, that ends up on the river (so, this also means beautiful sunset on the river!) The place is VERY quiet (since fields, forest and river are the neighbours). We had the chance to watch the adventures of a little family of foxes on a hill, the cubs playing together every night at the dusk. I also have to mention the beautiful milky way, sky full of stars, shooting stars, that were giving us a real show every night too. Although it seems that we were really far from the population, the cabins are actually 5 minutes away from the town of Souris, where you can find groceries, bakery, gaz, bank, beaches, shops... Very convenient.
The 2 cabins were clean and spacious enough for us. In a cabin, there were mum/dad/the2years old + 1 grandma. In the other cabin, there were the other grandparents. The 2 cabins were fairly equipped. Few things were missing but, like I said earlier, Paul and Chris quickly provided it. We stayed there 2 weeks and at the end of the first week, a very kind lady came to clean the 2 cabins, to fresh them up! The cabins are exactly as shown on the pictures. I personally really liked the big windows, view on the river, on both cabins and the brand new porch on the fist cabin. Open kitchen/living room on both cabins are very nice too.
The only downside of that paradise, is that once people will discover it, I'm afraid that it would be difficult to rent it again next year ;)
We booked this place as we were traveling with our 2 year old lab. The huge yard and access to water was ideal and the adult accommodations were excellent as well. There was easy access to the town of Souris and surrounding activities. Never met such nice townspeople.
Paul and Chris offered us a fantastic safe haven while sheltering from hurricane Fiona. Great communication with us and the property had lots to offer. Thank you!
Beautiful view, peaceful location, close to the Points East Coastal Drive, minutes from Souris. Our hosts have thought of everything!
Thank you for a wonderful home away from home.
Great spot that felt cozy and homey as soon as we arrived. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset over the river and used the spot as our jumping off point for a couple days of exploring the beautiful beaches in the area. Food and amenities are just a short drive away, and the property is quiet and peaceful.
We arrived at the cottage 24 hours before Hurricane Dorian,an experience we don't need again!!Power was out for a little over 24 hours and our hosts kept checking in on us to make sure we were ok and offered food, water and a generator.Great place to stay, great beaches and wonderful hosts. Will we be back next year?We are already making plans!
Thanks Paul and Chris
The cottage was very nice. The location great. The beds were a bit iffy as was the cutlery. The owners were paricularly friendly and helpful.

Quiet and clean
This is an ordinary cottage outside, but beautiful inside because of the wood décor. Somewhat overprice.
