Was close to everything, very nice place. Just a suggestion, invest in a iron & iron board. Would stay here again.

Home away from home
We loved everything about this place. It was even better than the pictures. We travel to Wilmington frequently, this will be our new spot. We'll be back!
We loved the location of the property. It was within walking distance of the River Walk, downtown and the historic district. The pottery, made by the owner, was a lovely touch. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Nice apartment, located walking distance to downtown, near restaurants, a coffee shop and ice cream shop. There is a bar next door with outdoor seating and music. Music ended at 11:00 Friday night and did not play Saturday night. Sound machines in both bedrooms helped with the music Friday night. Really enjoyed our stay. Would rent again.

Amazing!
Easily my best experience with Vrbo! The host made everything so clear and simple for us! No issues with finding the apartment and the apartment itself was beautiful and spacious! Plenty of street parking and it was a short walk to downtown! Would 100% stay here again
This was a great property for a weekend trip to Wilmington, the owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. I can not say enough nice things about the property and the owners thoughtfulness with the entire process.
We absolutely love the property! There was an amazing coffee shop practically right across the road. It is a little bit of a walk to the downtown shopping, but definitely manageable and the property itself was amazing and clean and had a little details that I wouldn’t even think to remember! The piece of pottery at the end was also a lovely souvenir!
Nice ground floor apartment with all of the amenities in the relatively quiet hipster Brooklyn Arts district not far from downtown. Better price than downtown rentals. Street parking was not a problem. Was always able to find a spot within a short walk of the building. Coffee shops and breweries in the neighborhood. Occasional noise after hours from establishment across the street. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great weekend getaway
This was the perfection location for us. My son wanted to visit friends at UNCW and I wanted to be close to downtown. It was a bit of a hike, but I was able to walk almost anywhere I wanted to go. I was worried about parking, but never had an issue. The condo was cute. Very clean. The upstairs neighbors were SO loud Saturday night, but Sunday night was not an issue at all. Everyone in the area was super friendly and Brooklyn Cafe across the street was a GREAT bonus!
We had a great stay in Wilmington. The location was perfect for exploring the riverfront and beaches. We were in town for a wedding but scheduled a few extra days. The condo had plenty of space for the 4 of us (ages 32, 32, 64, 68) and all the comforts of home. We stay at resorts and VRBOs quite a bit and we were very pleased with how well appointed this one was. The parking was along the street and we had to park around the corner or across the street a couple of time, but usually there was a spot out front. It was an easy walk to breweries and restaurants on the riverfront. It is also about 10 min. From the airport so that was a plus for us. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in Wilmington.
The Brooklyn Arts District has a ways to go in things to do, but it's an easy walk to everything that downtown Wilmington offers. It's easy to get to from nearby Hwy 74/76. There's still street parking close by during most times, although I expect those days are numbered as the neighborhood rapidly gentrifies.
Our accommodation was perfect for two couples. The mundane rear door entrance and window views won't impress, but interior aesthetics, floor plan, furnishings, owner extras, and cleanliness are all very good. Kitchen is well equipped with working appliances and even spices in the cupboard. The owner is excellent in responsive communication and was helpful in answering our questions about the property and the area. We absolutely recommend this property as a quieter, less costly alternative to historic downtown lodging.
What a wonderful experience we had here! We met our daughter in Wilmington. The weather was terrible due to hurricane season but we relaxed and visited. I LOVED the fact that the TV was not a focal point in the rental. One TV in the living room. We watched one movie on our Netflix account. No TVs in the bedrooms and that suited us all just fine! Well appointed, very comfortable place. Absolute adorable. The handmade pottery by the owner was beautiful. We were able to take home a small piece as a keepsake and I snagged a business card as well. The beds were so comfortable! I slept like a baby! Upscale hotel quality beds and bedding! We had everything we needed. Between downpours we walked around and found some tasty food options and there’s a wonderful ice cream shop just two blocks away. The host was polite and easy to contact. There were zero hutches. Highly recommend! This will likely be our go-to spot when we come back to visit!
We had a great stay here! Great walking distance to downtown and the riverwalk, which was the main thing I wanted. Even if you didn’t want to go downtown it is near several breweries and art stuff. It was a great location. They have white noise machines which are loud enough to drown out any noises from the bars, but the only noise was some music and that was done by the time we went to bed. You can hear people waking around upstairs since this is the first floor place, but that is expected and didn’t bother us. The layout of the place was great. Very spacious. They had all the essentials. The shampoo and conditioner were salon brand which I highly enjoyed! We didn’t use the kitchen much but it had all the essentials. They had beach chairs and towels, etc. which was really nice. The parking space was also a huge bonus. There was no street parking at all available, but that was highly due to the fact it was the weekend of the Azalea Festival. So the parking pass was a blessing. Easy check in and check out. My only dislike was that the beds were super hard and didn’t have any give, but I could sleep on rocks if I had to so I still slept great. We didn’t need to contact the hosts during the stay, but I did email them before the trip and they answered quickly! This was my 3rd trip to Wilmington and it’s always One Tree Hill related. So it was only 2 blocks from the opening credits bridge which was a huge bonus for me! I would 100% stay here again!
Communication with the owner was easy-peasy. The unit is wonderful and has everything you need. Walking distance. Parking was street but not difficult to find. Would stay again without hesitation. Like the pottery all throughout.

Great Wilmington Getaway
My granddaughter, daughter and myself
traveled to Wilmington NC for a girls getaway. The rental we chose was perfect. We were downtown close to the boardwalk so we walked everywhere.
The rental was setup so perfect and was so comfortable….. just like home! Even though we did not cook, the kitchen had everything you would need. The beds were so comfortable. I am very picky about where I stay and this rental was very nice and clean. I highly recommend this Wilmington condo and look forward to renting it again.
Sincerely
Teresa Smith
We loved being in the art district. It was close to a lot of places. The owners were very accommodating and let us check in early and check out later due to our flight. We loved the pottery throughout the place and allowing guests to take a piece with you! I would definitely recommend!
Home is beautiful. We had a wonderful time. The location is great. It's so close to everything downtown. Also all of the handmade pottery in the home was stunning. Would definitely come again.

Clean, Comfortable Apartment
We had a perfectly enjoyable four-day weekend at the Brooklyn Arts District condo. Super fashionable area, we found a number of great places: Savorez Restaurant, the Throwback Bakery, the Brooklyn Cafe and the Kitchen Sink (for sandwiches). Condo was well-provisioned and close to the great Wilmington downtown.
