Perfect location, the apartment is 5 minutes walk from Duomo, ,SS Annunziata, 10 minutes from Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi and S Lorenzo Market.
Situated close to the most artistic landmark of Florence.
Just 5 minutes walking from station and 15 minutes from Florence's airport by car. From the. airport you can take T2 line to San Marco stop.
On the 3rd floor with elevator.

I live just beside so I can ensure my guest the best staying.

The apartment is very homey and light, surrounding streets are full of restaurants, shops and cultural attractions.

The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, a full equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and freezer) and is integrated in the living room.
Downstairs there are a double room and a single room.
Upstairs you will find a loft with a single bed.

Living room is furnished with a table for 6, tv and free wifi, conditioned air and heating.

The apartment is located in the closed to traffic area, but if you have a car there are really near private and public garages. I can supply further information if needed.

Firenze holidays at Duomo

The apartement was nice, like a home for us.. Everything we needed was there.We oly were surprised about the tax 3 euros /day/ visitor , when arriving. It was not mentioned when we payed the rent! Also the room had to be outchecked early morning 10.00 was not so good for us.

Incredible location

Our stay at Chiarras apartment was nothing short of amazing. We arrived in Florence before the normal check in time and she was able to let us in early. Her and wonderful son showed us around the huge apartment explaining where everything was and how it worked. There is plenty of room for storage, a washing machine for your laundry and a dishwasher. The internet was fast and stable which was a big plus. The apartment is centrally located so everything is just a few minutes walk. There is a couple grocery stores close by and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Upon checkout she even arranged a taxi for us. We have family that travel to Florence frequently and will be recommending they stay here. We will on our next trip. John

Best place to stay in Florence

Good apartment with the best location! The host is very kind, thoughtful and helpful. She even had milk in the fridge! Our stay was very comfortable. I'd recommend this to all. When I revisit Florence, this will be my only choice to stay!

A wonderful apartment in a superb location!

We were extremely fortunate to find this apartment, as it was both comfortable and convenient. Chiara was very attentive and helpful, and the apartment was well-furnished and very clean. We were traveling throughout Italy, and by far this was our favorite apartment. We were close enough to walk easily to most sites with grocery stores, markets, and gelato just around the corner. However, we also were out of the main tourist traffic, leaving the area quiet in the evening. We are planning to return to Florence next year and hope to stay there again!

Comfortable apt in a great location

Our stay for the month of July was wonderful. The location is perfect for walking the city and seeing historic Firenze. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking and my husband loved the drip coffee maker. The room air conditioners were great for the summer heat and did help us sleep through the noise of the 6 days a week early morning garbage pickup outside. Our son loved sleeping up in the loft bed. Both bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of storage space. The bathtub was great for soaking in after walking all day. Our host was delightful and helpful. Would love to stay here again.

Great place, location, host!

By far the best place we stayed of the five in Italy. Fantastic location next door to "David" and a very short walk to the Duomo. Very roomy, nice amenities, even had a (small) elevator for the third floor apartment. The owner was very communicative via email and was extremely accommodating.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'appartamento completo di tutto e comodo per 4 persone è in posizione strategica, zona duomo a pochi minuti e accademia dietro l'angolo, ponte vecchio e gli uffizi a 15 minuti come la stazione. Chiara è cortese e disponibile, ha risolto le nostre esigenze di orario sia in arrivo che in partenza.

Great apartment in central location

Chiara was very welcoming and helpful to us. Her apartment is much more spacious than it appears in the photos, and includes a fully working shower and a bath. There was plenty of space for four adults, and lots of little extras like coffee, herbs, toiletries provided that were very welcome. It is also very well located and within easy walking distance of all the major sights in Florence. We could see the queue for the Accademia from our window! The only negative is the amount of noise from the street below which made sleeping quite difficult.

Chiara was a wonderful host. The apartment was very clean, functional and she even left us some milk and biscuits. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was huge. We loved having the tub to soak in after a hard day of sightseeing. Right around the corner was a fabulous open air market every evening and it was a short walk to the Duomo and the Museum. We walked from the train station and it took us about 15 minutes. I would stay here again.

great location

Chiara was very nice. The apartment was clean, homey and cool in the heat of summer. It was in a great location being right around the corner from the David and the Duomo. We were able to walk to everything easily and it was a nice local feeling. We were very pleased to be provided coffee, spices and full kitchen amenities. Each room had its own air conditioner which was wonderful. The only negatives were the beds and pillows were very very hard and there was no couch in the living room to watch tv. You only had the little chairs at the dining table. As we were out most the time it was overlooked and we had a great time! Will return.
