Location is excellent. Very close to Coligny shops and restaurants, but beach is not as congested as Coligny public beach. Unit is quiet, clean and comfortable and is as described.

Exactly as advertised. Great unit for one or two people. Small but very good value right on the beach. All you need. Easy parking, elevator access or stairs to the unit on second floor. Extremely clean. Very short walk to the beach or even to Coligny Plaza.

Close to the beach!

This is the perfect condo for a small family! The kids loved the bunk beds in the hall. The beach is just a short walk across the parking lot. My family and I love to visit the shops, ice cream, Java Joes, etc... at Coligney Plaza which is very close.

This was my fourth stay at this condo.

Lots of storage space. Full size well equipped kitchen. Nice powerful shower. Beautifully decorated. Two bunk beds and queen bed with comfortable mattress. Hope to stay here a fifth time on my next beach visit.

Very close to shopping and dining. You are 50 yards from the ocean which was great. The unit is pretty small, so I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2 people. It was noisy a couple of nights during our stay. Overall I liked the location and the apartment a lot.

Great Vacation Condo

I have stayed at several different condos in this complex. This is by far the cleanest and best arranged of all. My daughter and I stayed here with a 5 year old and a 2 year old. We were very comfortable and very close to the beach. Also, the condo is located next to a convenient shopping area. The property manager was very helpful and available. We plan to stay here again.

Great Get Away

This unit is a great place to get away and relax. I loved being able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view of the ocean. It felt like home away from home, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The condo is nicely arranged, maintained very well and clean. There is so much to do within walking distance - the beach (just minutes away) has the most amazing sunrises, live music, shopping, you name it!! The owner is very nice and accommodating. If I get a chance I am going to go back..

A nice 1b/1b condo. Clean and well kept. Excellent shower lol. Nice to have a combination door lock no worrying about losing the key at the beach. Would suggest clearer instructions re which building and navigation of the sort of confusing roads surrounding the buildings

Great location!

Overall clean and well equipped. Great location and close to restaurants. I would only suggest investing in new pillows and a new comforter for the bed. Had a dorm feel and pillows were not comfortable due to age. The toaster was beyond needing replacing. But, overall I’d give it 4.5 out of 5. I would stay there again and just bring my own pillow.

Great stay in Seaside Villas

The convenience of this unit is really about the proximity to the beach. It's just a short walk across the parking lot and dunes to Coligny Beach. The unit itself is a one-bedroom, but it still feels spacious. Mark keeps it very clean and comfortable. Parking is a bit tight on busy weeks (we were there for 4th of July week) but for the most part it's not an issue. There were issues with internet access, but presumably those were addressed after we reported it upon leaving. Overall, it was definitely a good experience for us and we would definitely return.

We were very dissatisfied with the conditions of the unit when we arrived.

The light was out in the entry hall; the ceiling fans and lights in the living room was not operational and not corrected during our visit; the light over the kitchen sink was dim and not corrected; several vertical blinds were missing, which comprised privacy and the bathroom lavatory was partially clogged. Will never stay at this villa again!

The ceiling fan and lights work off of a remote (sign on coffee table) and the kitchen lights are on a dimmer. My property manager's number is on the welcome sign, I wish you would have called him we could have avoided any issues. We keep the place well maintained. Sorry for any inconvenience.

"Mark's place was an awesome place to stay! Perfect little place for two. Has everything you would need and is in a great location.
