Spacious 3/3 canal front home in Lower Matecumbe. Heated pool to refresh after a long day of fishing, 75 Ft of dock with 45 FT cut-in for extra boat protection and a 10,000 lb boat lift. Ice Machine to keep those coolers full for your next adventure. Enjoy the privacy that this house has to offer with a completely fenced in yard and plenty of parking space to fit not only cars but also a boat trailer. Each bedroom boasts it's own en suite bathroom. Walk down the street to world famous Robbie's for dinner/drinks and boat, kayak and jet-ski rentals. Located on MM 77, this place is close to many restaurant and tourist sites. Just a few miles away is the Tiki Bar, Theater of the Sea and diving museum. Access to both the bay and ocean side is less than 5 minutes away. Anne's beach is just 4 miles south of the house. Enjoy all the exquisite restaurants and attractions that Islamorada has to offer. We love the Keys! We purchased our home in 2012 and couldn't picture our lives without it. Not only do we come to relax, but we also enjoy all the other amenities that the keys have to offer such as fishing, diving, biking and best of all the local sand bars. Islamorada is amazing and in my opinion the best location in the Florida Keys!
Why they chose this property
We love the location of our home which is one of the main reasons why we purchased it. You have quick access to both the gulf and ocean side which give you the best of both worlds, especially if you are an avid fisherman. Not to mention that if you want to have a relaxing drink at the end of a fun-filled day, you can walk down the street to the Hungry Tarpon at Robbies.
