Come visit this gorgeous 7 bedroom, 7 bath waterfront home in the premier community of Noah’s Landing on the Private side of Lake Anna. Enjoy the exquisite views from every bedroom. Relax in the spacious 2-story great room with lots of seating and a gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen easily accommodates large groups with two sinks, two ovens, two dishwashers, two microwaves, and two refrigerators. Other highlights include the walk-in pantry and a total of 80 cubic feet of refrigerator/freezer space (three refrigerator/freezers to keep everything cold!). There is a breakfast bar for added seating as well as an octagonal breakfast nook with a panoramic view. For your outdoor enjoyment we have a private beach (natural sand in the water & gentle slope), covered pier with a third screened in porch (two on the house) & huge sun decks, large gas grill, large sand volleyball court, horseshoes, play set, tetherball, foosball, ping pong, waterslides, and half-court basketball area.
Five bedrooms boast a sleep number KING-sized bed. Three Master bedrooms have a private bath and HDTV. There are two entertainment centers and a theatre room with 1080p HD screens ranging from 50” to over 120”, all include surround sound. Recreational areas include the adult great room, children's play room, enclosed outdoor ping pong table, outdoor sand volleyball court, and tetherball area. The children's game room includes three 24' HDTVs with ATARI style multi-game controllers, an air-hockey table, foosball table, board games, books, doll house, kitchen set, and Legos. The lower level game room is perfect for the adults with a wet bar, fireplace, pool table, large HDTV, Blu-ray DVD player, and a large poker/game table.
Weddings/Receptions: We do not cater to weddings or receptions on the property. If you are interested in housing your wedding guests with us, please send an inquiry. We have two houses within .5 miles of each other that can sleep up to 24 people each.
Please note that we do not rent to College students/organizations or anyone under the age of 25.

House Host was very welcoming answer quickly to any texts, view was awesome. All appliances worked good shape love the two stoves and the six refrigerators plenty of room for food and drinks. Chef‘s kitchen was awesome. Love the porches even though it was too cold to sit there long plenty of parking kids love the playroom. We would stay again..

Kitchen was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The home was excellent; for all the kids were very busy the whole stay with plenty to do & entertained. As well as all adults were comfortable and we all had lots of places to sit & congregate. Loved the fire pit, kayaks, flotation devices and the kids play room. The view from the boat dock deck was georgeous as well as from the fire pit. We will definately book this house again if available.

Wonderful property! House has everything from multiple crock pots to kids gear to kayaks and paddle boards. We had a fantastic week on the beautiful lake. The beach area is a huge plus. Lots of room and 4 full sized refrigerators and an extra freezer in garage. The slide was enjoyed by all along with the fire pit and hammocks. Highly recommend.

Incredible Stay at Promise Point

Promise Point was everything we could have asked for. Our group absolutely loved the house itself, the property, and all of the amenities. It was perfect for a long weekend away from home - we especially enjoyed the table within the screened in porch that accommodated 20 adults - was lovely to catch up with friends sitting out overlooking the lake. The house was clean, the hosts were great & responsive, and everything went wonderfully. We would highly recommend this property!

If you're looking for a great stay on Lake Anna- look no farther! We had a great experience and the hosts are awesome, we really enjoyed the house. Beautiful location, great amenities, the dock was awesome, and the fire pit was lots of fun! It couldn't have been better.

Beautiful house

We thoroughly enjoyed this lake home. We had five families come for a reunion and it was a great spot for a large gathering. The house is so well equipped, especially for families. Winter or Summer, there is plenty to do in any season! The location is fantastic and the lake views amazing.

19 family members gathered at this beautiful house and we had an amazing time. The house is so spacious and there is so much to do. The slide was enjoyed by ‘kids’ of all ages. The paddle boards and kayaks got so much use. Many fish were caught…big and small. S’mores were enjoyed around the fire pit and of course swimming and floating….endless hours in the water. The hosts and property manager were accessible and friendly. A perfect vacation spot. We highly recommend this vacation spot.

Amazing property and house, we will be back!

Check in was smooth, and communication was timely and easy! We didn’t do a ton of cooking but the kitchen was extremely well labeled and had what we needed. The property was amazing - we thought it was too good to be true but it wasn’t! Extremely spacious and amazing for all ages. Loved the screened in porch. Only negative was the bunk beds were very squeaky, so be cognizant of that in case you have many people in that room. Other beds were comfy. Hosts and caretaker were very responsive!

Found family annual vaca!

Our group has been doing yearly “cabin weekends” for the last ten years and it now includes kiddos. The house is massive and had so much space for all the different friends and families to spread out. It had tons of games and kid-friendly activities, so much so that we curtailed our plans to explore a local vineyard so we could just play all together in the backyard! We loved it and will probably be back again next year!
