This large furnished 2 bedroom/ 2 full bathroom gulf front condo is directly on the beach and is well equipped and provides over 1200 s.f. of comfortable living area which can easily sleep 6 persons.
It is a direct gulf front condo on the 5th floor with STUNNING BEACH FRONT VIEWS over the ocean and white sands all the way to world famous Johns Pass. DOLPHINS are frequent visitors to our beach and are often seen swimming and playing from our balcony.
Listen to the gentle sound of the waves from the living room and the master bedroom suite as they lull you to sleep at night. In the evenings the sunsets provide a beautiful backdrop to our white powdery beach.
Our condo has everything to offer for family, friends and couples. The perfect location to rest, relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from our gulf front balcony, the refreshing Sea Breeze or for those with more active lifestyles there is parasailing, deep sea fishing, sailing, cruising etc on your doorstep. Many restaurants are within a short walking distance. Our beach is rated one of the most beautiful natural beaches in Florida. This Beach FRONT vacation condo is a perfect destination for all ages. Relax on our beautiful white sandy beach while enjoying the gentle seabreeze.

Located just south of Clearwater Beach in Madeira Beach and close to Johns Pass - 4 blocks away or walk on the beach 10 minutes

This property has a great pool and hot tub situated beachfront the pool is usually heated at 85 - 87 degrees. The soft white sand of the beach is directy in front of the beachfront condo and beachfront pool area and just steps to the warm waters of the gulf of mexico. This is probably the feature that drew our family to the this building the most. Our family can be at the pool or on the beach or from our balcony and we still feel connected.

You will enjoy the sound of the surf from the living room and the main bedroom as you relax.
Our condo includes high speed INTERNET wifi and full range of digital cable TV channels for your pleasure.

Our Beach front vacation condo offers a large lounge/dining area, large kitchen, master bedroom with 2 beds ( a Queen bed and also a full ) Balcony with full ocean front view, 4 piece en-suite bathroom with shower room and and double washbasins, 2nd bedroom with Queen bed and a bay view and 3 piece bathroom with shower and bathtub. Queen sleeper sofa in living area.
Our condo is fully equipped and comfortable with video players and TV's in both bedrooms and living room. The kitchen is complete with a range, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, coffee maker, microwave, blender, full set of crockery and cooking utensils.

Fantastic

We had a fantastic stay! The condo offered everything we were wanting for a family getaway....excellent view, easy access to beach, pool, and a clean condo with full kitchen. Communication was excellent from check in to check out. Thanks for a great vacation!

We left the cold in Chicago and enjoyed a great weekend in Sunny St Petersburg on Madeira Beach at Sunset Villas. Great locations for dining and easy access to unit and amenities.

Loved the beach area! Better than any Mexican Beach! White easy to walk in sand!

Location was excellent. Pool & property clean & great area. Renter beware, rent runs internationally so Bank service charges might apply! Got burned $73.00. (Weeks groceries 😢) Condo was clean but could use some “updating” & definitely new mattresses!

Beachfront Condo

It is a nice location on the beach and walking distance to John's Pass by street or beach. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The condo is clean. Washer and dryer available on property; bring quarters no change machine. Enjoyed our stay!

Great for Spring Vacation

The condo was great. We liked the layout of two separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The living area was spacious with a large dining area flowing into the living room and sliding glass doors onto the 5th floor balcony. The view was amazing. The kitchen was about average to other places we've stayed. The pool was very nice but chairs filled quickly in the morning. The beach was gorgeous, clean and well maintained. The single elevator was a little slow and somewhat backed up at check in and check out times but not a big deal. Carts were provided to help moving luggage to and from the condo. Parking was sufficient with many spaces covered. Check in instructions were easy. The condo was close to dining and attractions for young and old. There was just two of us but would have easily worked for two couples or a family of six. I would highly recommend this condo and plan to rent it again!
