Fun,fun,fun.sun and surf.Cottage has 3bedrooms, 1Queen size bed, 1 double size bed and a twin bed located off the double bedroom. Living room with 32inch tv cable, and internet service. Full kitchen, and washer dryer combo. Wrap around porch, front porch open side porch screened in. Gas Grill, picnic table . Bathroom large shower stall.cottage has heat.

Why they chose this property
We chose this property or rather it chose us. One year before the property came on the market,my husband and I drove by the cottage and I remarked to him how cute it was and we would own it someday. We both laughed . A year later who knew it would become ours.
What makes this property unique
Single floor living. New floors installed. Cozy cottage. Has an enclosed porch for eating , sitting outside in evening without the bugs. Also small open porch in front. Short walk to beach,and cottage backyard is Rachel marsh preserve.
