One of Deer Valley's premier 5 star condominiums. This aprox 3800 square foot condo was remodeled and meticulously decorated. 950 sq ft of deck was added in 2021 No detail has been left out. Enjoy gorgeous views of Deer Valley from inside, or on your own private deck with new 7 person hot tub with gas grill on deck. The lower level is complete with a Bar, Pool Table, Ms Pac Man Cocktail Arcade with 410 Classic Games & Playstation 4. Condo also features three 65 inch flat screens with HD channels and Master Remote Controls. Sonos Sound System throughout entire condo.

There are 3 master suites with private baths and an additional bedroom on the lower level with detached bathroom.

The condo offers Deer Valley Resort Skier Shuttle service for free that brings you directly to the chair lifts at Snow Park Lodge which is only 0.7 miles away. Just give them a call, they will pick you up and drop you off at front door. A 2 block walk down the hill places you on the free Park City Bus line. Take this bus to Park City Mountain Resort, The Canyons or Historic Main Street in Old Town. Main Street and Park City Mountain Resort are only a mile away.

What a beautiful property! We were all so comfortable with the layout, beds, and the beautiful areas to hang out together. The hot tub was lovely and we saw deer walking by. The fireplace was so cozy and we were so happy to be there for the first snow! Trent was a wonderful communicator and was great at responding to any question we had. We feel so fortunate to have stayed at such a beautiful, comfortable place.

Awesome Condo, Great Family Memories

We have been coming to area for years. This condo is by far the best one we’ve stayed at. Clean, spacious and amenity rich make this a wonderful place to call home, while away from home. Everything was so very easy. The house is awesome! Great hot tub. Awesome game room. Beds and bathrooms were perfect. Shuttle picks you up in minutes and takes you right to the base.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. We brought our whole family, which included three adult couples and a baby. Plenty of room…and the house had a porta crib and high chair. We had a wonderful time with old friends who haven't seen each other in years. The house was amazing, can't really think of any negatives. Clean, modern, sizable, and close to Deer Valley. Trent was also very communicative and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again!
