"Rising Rose" is 1 of 3 residences located in the Beehive- This fully furnished & equipped residence has a new king bed, twin/full bunks, new fully equipped stainless kitchen, bathrooms, linens, Cable Smart TV & Wi-fi. There is a ramp from the drive to the large front entry, and accessible master bedroom and bath. Bedrooms are air-conditioned. Each unit in the Beehive has its own private entry and deck area, w/ an electric grill. There is a laundry room with washing machines/ dryers on the premises. LOCATION: The Beehive is located just off the Portage Trail & near I-90, on the Lake Erie Wine Trail. Its within walking to restaurants, Parkview Cafe, Brazills, Larry's Wings. Near Portage Pie, Banks, library, park, antiques, grocery, and more. An 11 mile drive to the CHAUTAUQUA INSTITUTION. Located in the WINE REGION there is even a LOCAL BREWERY nearby to visit and sample. You can be golfing within 10 minutes, go fishing, go to BARCELONA HARBOR at Lake Erie, Timmermans' for fresh vegetables, the Saturday Green Market, and enjoy many relaxing outdoor activities. RATES: A minimum booking of 4 days will be accepted, if available. Discount rates available for weekly, monthly and off season, rates as shown. Season rentals are Saturday to Saturday but other dates may be available after June.

Great Accommodations

Nice arear and great accommodations. Easy to walk around if you use a walker. Bed was ready with sheets on, towels available. Clean and host kept in contact with us. Will stay there again for future trips.

Great Place to Call Home

Everything is nicely updated and very clean. We enjoyed the small deck in the evenings and walking uptown to shops and restaurants. Convenient to several wineries! We’ll be back!

Fantastic stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our 2 week stay at this lovely property. We have stayed here before but in the larger apartment upstairs. We knew this visit would be just as nice and we were proven correct. The apartment had been recently remodeled and was spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We loved the zero-entry shower and large bathroom. It was wonderful to have the laundry just one door away with 2 washers & dryers-free to use! The owner responded promptly to any questions we had. The apartment is close to town & we will definitely stay here again on another of our visits to Westfield. This is my hometown and has so much to offer. We highly recommend this apartment as a perfect place to stay when you visit the area 😊

Rick and GG, are currently working towards their retirement and currently spend their time between their home in Westfield and their family in Florida. Rick is from Chicago, go Cubs! GG grew up in New York and Florida. There are picture of them in the activity photos. The picture above is of Doc, their sun conure and Rick's companion.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the property and saw its potential. We are restoring the property, having already renovated the apartments and most of the house (built in the mid/early 1800's. Our focus now is landscaping, we have a garden our guests are free to help themselves. We've planted trees, blueberries, lillies and many items. Hoping to add a gazebo and hot tub, so come stay and see us grow!

What makes this property unique

The location. Vineyards, vineyards and more, the concerts, the hiking, easy walk to eats and grocery. Near fishing, the Chautauqua Institute, Niagra Falls, and lots of activities. The air in the summer is often cool at night and warm during the day,
