"Rising Rose" is 1 of 3 residences located in the Beehive- A historiic 1830 barn converted and updated located in the Village of Westfield (1812). Fully furnished & equipped residence, with a new king bed, twin/full bunk, new fully equipped kitchen, & linens, Cable Smart TV & Wi-fi. ADA accessible with a ramp, and accessible master bedroom, bath & kitchen. Bedrooms are air-conditioned. Private entry and deck area, w/ an electric grill. Laundry room on the premises. ASK for 30 to 60 days if VRBO SHOWS AS BLOCKED. Also, see VRBO listing 4219203 for our 3/2 and 7127984 for the 1/1. LOCATION: The Beehive is located just off the Portage Trail & near I-90, on the Lake Erie Wine Trail. Its within walking to restaurants, Parkview Cafe, Brazills, Larry's Wings. Near Portage Pie, Banks, library, park, antiques, grocery, and more. An 11 mile drive to the CHAUTAUQUA INSTITUTION. Located in the WINE REGION there is even a LOCAL BREWERY nearby. GOLF, fishing, BARCELONA Harbour Beach, all within 10 minutes of Lake Erie, Timmermans' produce, and the Saturday Green Market. RATES: A minimum booking of 4 days will be accepted. Discount rates available for weekly, monthly.

Sweet stay in Westfield!

My husband and I came into town to visit our sons fiancés family in Fredonia. It was a centrally locates place to look at wedding venues and see some of the area. The apartment was very comfortable, decorated beautifully and had all the amenities we needed. The hosts were great at communicating and answering any questions we had. Thank you and we will definitely remember this place on our next visit!

We absolutely enjoyed our 2 week stay at this lovely property. We have stayed here before but in the larger apartment upstairs. We knew this visit would be just as nice and we were proven correct. The apartment had been recently remodeled and was spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We loved the zero-entry shower and large bathroom. It was wonderful to have the laundry just one door away with 2 washers & dryers-free to use! The owner responded promptly to any questions we had. The apartment is close to town & we will definitely stay here again on another of our visits to Westfield. This is my hometown and has so much to offer. We highly recommend this apartment as a perfect place to stay when you visit the area 😊

Spacious and comfortable

We spent the week there attending Chautauqua. The unit was comfortable, clean and well equipped. It was also handicap accessible,ramps, spacious bathroom, easy to maneuver with a scooter or wheelchair. We would definitely stay there again.

GG grew up in New York and Florida. There are picture of them in the activity photos. The picture above is of Doc, their sun conure and Rick's companion.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the property and saw its potential. We are restoring the property, having already renovated the apartments and most of the house (built in the mid/early 1800's. Our focus now is landscaping, we have a garden our guests are free to help themselves. We've planted trees, blueberries, lillies and many items. Hoping to add a gazebo and hot tub, so come stay and see us grow!

What makes this property unique

The location. Vineyards, vineyards and more, the concerts, the hiking, easy walk to eats and grocery. Near fishing, the Chautauqua Institute, Niagra Falls, and lots of activities. The air in the summer is often cool at night and warm during the day,
