The bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers. Fully air conditioned throughout.

The house is sat on a generous plot of land and has large private swimming pool, lush gardens, sala, covered patio and carport for two cars. The house is built around the pool, with the living room and 2 of the bedrooms facing into this area. The main house consists of a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom layout with each bedroom having its own en-suite bathroom.

The full-length windows in each of the main rooms makes the house stunningly bright, with an airy open-plan feel. The fully equipped European kitchen is of a good size and has access to the side of the house. The living rooms is combined with dining area, and has a large flat-screen television included.

The bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms, with walk-in showers and full tiling for easy cleaning. The bedrooms also have fitted wardrobes, to fully utilise the storage space. There is full air conditioning throughout, and very good security including high perimeter walls and camera security system.

Outside, there is an optional separate guest room with attached bathroom, making the total number of bedrooms 4. It would be perfect for a nanny or teenager who would enjoy a bit more privacy.

The house is very private, with high walls and an automatic parking gate with space for two cars. It is also possible to park on the street in view of our a security camera system. The house is in quiet area with a 5 minute stroll back along the road, past a sugar cane field, into the local village. The village has a number of shops, bars, restaurants and a busy local market. It is only a 15 minute walk further up this road and you have reached the busy promenade of Jomtien Beach with all its tourist amenities.

We are just 5 minutes walk away from the local village, to get to 7-11, Tesco Express, and numerous bars, restaurants and a bustling market. A further 15 minute walk gets you to the beach and Jomtien Beach road which is on the "Baht bus" route. These are on-demand local buses which will take you into the heart of Jomtien or further into Pattaya just for 10THB per person. You just press the buzzer when you want the bus to stop and then pay the driver.
