Heart of Southampton Village House with Pool! New Renovation

This charming, roomy cottage is hidden away on a quaint, one way, heart of the village street two blocks from shopping and restaurants and a short walk or bike ride to the beach. A recent renovation has preserved all the charm of this historic gem, while providing all up to date conveniences and lovely finishes.

Enjoy the pretty garden, heated pool and pool house and spacious dining. The first floor bedroom suite, plus two gorgeous bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms upstairs will give you ample room for family and guests. There is a 4th bathroom in the pool house - perfect for a quick shower after the beach. The living room and kitch both have views of the pool. A perfect setup for indoor/outdoor summer living. All bedrooms have a TV plus there are TVs in the kitchen and Pool house (all cable and Apple TV). There is also a Sonos sound system installed on the first floor of the house.
