Our Westwinds Paradise Beach House is located in an exquisite gated community of seven homes nestled on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico.
This gorgeous Florida Beach house is located just three houses away from the beach, where you can be on the sand steps away.

Our vacation rental is a glorious 4-bedroom 3.5-bathroom vacation home featuring 3 levels and 3100 sq ft. (There are two main suites for your enjoyment.)

This is unquestionably one of Indian Rocks Beach loveliest homes. This spectacular home features upscale furnishings and amazing attention to detail.

Our vacation home consists of two primary suites, 3 King beds, 2 Trundle beds (4 Twins), and 4 twin beds - to comfortably accommodate 12 guests.

The main level of our Westwinds Paradise Home consists of a primary suite that features a King bed and a Trundle-bed (2 Twins), private full bathroom and access to the private pool. The washer and dryer are also located on the first level.

The 2nd level consists of a surprisingly large living area, dining area and kitchen. Second level also features a half bath.

Dining room table seats up to 8 with buffet table on side-wall. Kitchen/dining rooms are separated from the living room by a kitchen counter with 4 stools.

There is a wonderful mix of elegance and simplicity. The living room is a fabulous retreat to relax and watch a movie after a day at the beach. There is a large balcony on the second level off of the living area.

The 3rd level of this beautiful home is unlike anything you've ever seen as it features 2 Full bedrooms, one full bathroom and a second primary suite with a private bathroom.

This second primary suite has a King Bed, Trundle (2 Twins), his & hers California Closets, 37" Flat Screen TV and access to a second large balcony. This Awesome main bathroom features a large Jacuzzi tub as well as a large walk in shower.

Also on the 3rd level, you will find the third and fourth bedrooms. The third bedroom has a built in bunk beds (4 Twins) and a California Closet. The fourth bedroom has a King bed, California Closet and a 21-inch flat screen TV, These two bedrooms share a full bathroom.

This beach house is an impressive vacation rental in the Indian Rocks Beach area. It's a perfect vacation retreat for large groups, family get-togethers and corporate retreats.

Get your toes in the sand for a sunset on the white powdery sand, or the balconies that have spectacular views and where there is plenty of comfortable seating to sit back and enjoy.

Once you visit our Westwinds Paradise Beach Home, you'll want to return year after year.

Our great home comes with a private plunge pool and area that is unsurpassed! Access to the pool is through the main suite on the first level or through the garage. Size of plunge pool: Length is 16ft - width is 6ft and approx 4 1/2 deep. The pool area has lounge chairs for you to enjoy.

*Pool heat is $35 per day + taxes - at 85 degrees from Oct to April

Details to keep in mind:
Please keep in mind that the HOA allows 2 vehicles to be parked inside the garage only. Large SUVs will not completely fit inside the garage (garage door will not close) but you can still park them there.
Pool heat is an extra cost of $35 per day + taxes - up to 85 degrees from Nov to Apr.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.
