Hello! I’m Verónica, an architect, builder, and longtime Santa Fe resident. I love restoring unique homes and creating spaces that feel warm, comfortable, and full of character.

Hosting is something I truly enjoy. I want my guests to feel at home from the moment they arrive, whether they’re visiting to explore Santa Fe’s art and culture, work remotely, or simply relax. I take pride in keeping my homes clean, thoughtfully equipped, and well maintained, and I’m always happy to share recommendations for local restaurants, hiking trails, galleries, and hidden gems.

I respect my guests’ privacy, but I’m also available if you need anything during your stay. My goal is for every guest to have a comfortable, memorable experience and leave with wonderful memories of Santa Fe.

I look forward to welcoming you!

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of convenience and natural beauty. Everything I need is nearby—shopping, restaurants, the plaza, the movie theater, and everyday services—yet it still feels peaceful and surrounded by nature.

My mother especially loved living here because she could walk to the plaza, the mall, and the cinema. The mature trees, the nearby river, and the quiet atmosphere made it a place she truly enjoyed.

I had a personal wish list when I was looking for a property: beautiful trees, an authentic adobe home built with natural materials, room to expand, close access to the river, nearby grocery stores and everyday conveniences, and a backyard where I could create a private outdoor space.

When I discovered this property, I realized it checked every single box on that list. It wasn’t just another house—it was exactly the place I had been hoping to find.

What makes this property unique

What makes this property truly unique is that I designed and built it from the ground up. When I bought this land, there was nothing here except my own home. Every building, every patio, and every detail you see today was created from my vision.
I originally built it for my family—not as a vacation rental—so every space was designed with love, comfort, and functionality in mind. As both an architect and a builder, I carefully selected natural materials, embraced the beauty of traditional adobe architecture, and created spaces that feel warm, peaceful, and inviting.
Life eventually led my family back to Argentina, and instead of leaving this special place empty, I decided to share it with travelers from around the world. My greatest reward is knowing that guests feel at home here. I hope you’ll enjoy the property as much as my family and I have over the years.
