Spacious & stylish interior
Step inside to driftwood-hued floors, coastal artwork, and floor-to-ceiling sliders that pull the ocean right into the living room. The king suite features hotel-quality linens and blackout drapes for lazy-morning sleep-ins. A spa-inspired bath boasts a rainfall walk-in shower and plush Turkish towels.

Cook, sip, and savor
Whether you’re searing fresh mahi-mahi from the local fish market or blending island-ripe mangoes, the chef’s kitchen has you covered with full-size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the necessary kitchen gadgets.

Balcony bliss
Start the day with coffee as pelicans glide past; end it with a front-row sunset and a glass of rum punch. The balcony’s provides comfortable seating and stunning views.

Housekeeping is provided every other day, to keep the unit clean and fresh while providing you additional privacy on the off days.

Of note, the Andaz Hotel construction project in the neighboring property is scheduled for completion by June 2026. So there is occasional construction noise.

Of note, this is a 3rd floor condo and we do not have elevators. If stairs are a problem, this unit may not be best suited for those with mobility problems.

We loved our stay! The condo was in a great shape and the staff in the property were so accommodating. This is located right on the beach, restaurant on site and just a few steps to the actual beach itself. We had a great time and I only have good things to say about the property. Highly recommended!

This was a lovely condo on the best beach ever! Staff onsite was so friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.In full disclosure, if you’re considering this property for a trip that’s coming soon, there is a new condo building being built right next door. Construction begins at 6:30 am and ends at 5:00 pm 7 days a week. While most of the building seems to be done, the work underway at this time involves using a jackhammer to rough up concrete, which led to lots of noise and concrete dust, which minimized our use of the balcony for our unit. And the placement of the new building limits the view from this unit, which is such a shame for the owner of this condo as I’m sure they could view the sunsets and much more if this beautiful place before the new building went up. There is still a great view if the water in front of the unit.

The simple answer is the incredible views of the ocean from the balcony. But it is more than that, the property isn't a mega-resort with 1,000 rooms, we are a boutique hotel. When you stay with us, the staff feel like your friends when they help make a reservation for you or setup your beach chairs and umbrella in the morning.

The proximity to the beach is priceless. We have the primary snorkeling reef directly in front of our hotel.
