A stones throw from the Devonport Bluff, Mrs Jones, Drift restaurants and our beautiful walking tracks. The unit is also a short walk to the CBD. This newly renovated two bedroom unit has everything you will need during your stay. You will not be disappointed, complete with a beautiful relaxing bath in a spacious bathroom and separate shower. All modern appliances throughout this unit including, microwave, dishwasher, 2 flat screen smart televisions, free WIFI, washing machine and dryer which situated in a separate laundry. A relaxing spacious open plan living. All linen provided, you simply need to turn up and leave the rest to us! The unit is keyless so no need to worry about where to collect keys, you will be sent a text with your pin on the morning of your arrival. You also have free parking including a single car garage with internal access to the unit. You will be provided with a garage remote for the duration of your stay. You will not find a better property and this location anywhere else in Devonport.

This accommodation is outstanding in its comfort, very clean and location. Very good communication with the owner and perfectly located, close to The Spirit of Tasmania. After a wonderful but full on holiday around Tassie this was the perfect spot to relax before the trip home on boat. Thankyou for our stay!!

This was definitely one of the nicest places I stayed at during my trip in tasmania, would definitely come back again as the place was spacious for a family, clean and neat. The bathroom/shower was very spacious and the jet pressure wash a nice change from some of the motels/hotels I stayed at during a 10 day trip.
Perfect for our week long stay while visiting family. Clean, comfortable, high quality bedding, fantastic shower and good location. Will be booking again.
We needed a place to recharge after sailing on spirit of Tasmania and before our driving holiday around Tasmania. This little gem is very clean, very cosy and has lovely renovated features. We would definitely stay here again.

This little unit was a perfect home away from home. It has been beautifully renovated and was set up with everything that we needed for our short stay. Would also be a perfect base for a longer stay. It is in a great location, was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and had great facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the cleanest and best equipped places I have stayed with Stayz. Good location, friendly neighbours. Easy flat access a bonus. Garage rather small, but able to park nearby.
This property is in a great location and has everything you need. A quick walk to the coast and a lovely walk along the coast into town. It was very clean and well presented, has quality appliances and plenty of space for four people. We would definitley stay here again.
Kellie has a great unit and was very helpful when contacting her.
Everything very modern and clean.
Location was easy to find and if we had the time one could walk along the seashore.
Pictures don’t really show how spacious this unit is.

From the minute we walked through the front door we felt comfortable. The unit is very spacious & is decorated beautifully. The beds are comfortable & the shower is lovely. Our son loved playing in the backyard. It’s only a short walk into town or to the beach. It’s close to the spirit of Tasmania port. The owner was very friendly & let us know about some great things to see & do in the area. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay long enough!!! We would love to stay again!!
Stunning little reno unit in a lovely court and beautifully furnished. BIG warning to anyone booking this property though...it sounds like a literal freight train (very close) is coming straight through the house twice throughout the night sounding its horn five times.

Thanks for your review Clare, unfortunately this appears to be unusual, we have never received this type of feedback in the 8 years of accommodating guests at Inspire III in fact they always make mention of how quite and peaceful it is. We are aware of a train that does go through Devonport once a day, however normally not an issue in terms of noise. I appreciate your feedback and glad you enjoyed the unit itself.

Myself and Husband have enjoyed over the last five years welcoming and providing a home away from home environment for our guests. Whether it be for one night or several nights, we always make sure our guests enjoy their stay and we do our best to provide our guests with everything they may need during their stay. This is our third unit, we choose our properties with our guests in mind. Our current two units are located in quiet streets and are very private, yet extremely close to shops and other facilities.
