This is a unique beautiful newly remodeled home( since June 2018 ) . Offers travelers a luxurious, clean and accommodating stay at the prime area in Las Vegas.5mins to the Strip Uber/Lyft ride is $12 one way. Good location, good neighborhood and very convenience.

The host was great. Keurig coffee maker wasn't working & he came & replaced it with a new one. Much appreciated! House is located in a flight path & near a busy road with single pane windows so it was noisy. It is a short drive to the strip, so convenient for that.

Great location less than 10 minutes to the strip and 15 to Fremont area. House has a nice layout with 1 bedroom downstairs and 3 upstairs. Pool table, basketball game and pool area provided a fun time. Bing was responsive and flexible.

Very easy to check in, house was very clean very much appreciated the complimentary water and coffee. In a good part of town close to things to do. Only downside is it was hot upstairs with the e AC at 74 that we were asked to keep it at some people had to go sleep downstairs on the couch. We would definitely stay again at a different time of year.

a group of us were in town for festival and this place worked out perfect for us. Centrally located and easy to hit all areas we intended to visit. communication was great and we were able to check in early. The pool was nice to have and the other amenities in the house made our stay great
