Blissfully Serene Palm Cottage In Town and 2 Blocks from Beach

A few short blocks from the beach and one block from town make this rare cottage located in the Historic District of Boca Grande the perfect get-away. Situated on an over sized property, this sunny home has recently been updated (most recently with a brand new beautiful kitchen... including a gas stove, stainless steel refrigerator, farm house sink, etc.). This house has been meticulously maintained and everything inside the home is brand new, including the furniture, linens, and appliances. The roomy master suite and bath has its own wing which allows for privacy while the two guest bedrooms and bath are on the opposite side of the cottage. Enjoy the spacious open living/kitchen/dining area (hard wood floors throughout the house), the wonderful breeze off the ocean on the front porch or the privacy of the beautifully landscaped back yard surrounded by mature native mango, kumquat, surnaim cherry and black olive trees.

This was an ideal property for us, our friends and our dogs. The home was super cute with an updated kitchen. The yard was sizable and completely fenced in which the puppies loved. The location was unbeatable…only a few blocks to downtown or the beach. We will definitely be coming back.

My family and I stayed at this cottage while attending a wedding at The Gasparilla Inn. The location couldn't have been better, but more important, the house was impeccable! Very clean, lovely decor, and very accomodating for our family of 5. Beds, sofas, day-beds all very comfy with lovely linens and kitchen is very well appointed. Would definitely stay there again!

The perfect island getaway

What a charming home in the historic district offering the perfect location for bike rides to dinner and morning strolls to the beach. We had everything we needed and more. The house is spacious and warm filled with beautiful furnishings, comfortable bedding and an inviting kitchen when a stray summer squall calls for a quiet evening in. Lovely Gasparilla Cottage.

My husband and I, along with my sister, brother in law, and their dachshund, Jelly Bean, just returned from three days in Gasparilla. What an adorable, well stocked home. Good knives (a rarity!), plenty of towels, great appliances. And very cozy! Unfortunately it rained most of the time, but one day there was some sun and we grabbed the chairs and spent 2 hours at the beach which is right up the road, but we drove the couple of miles to go to the Boca Grand Pass Park entrance passed the lighthouse where the beach is much wider. This home is in a great location….you can walk to town, restaurants, and the beautiful Gasparilla Inn (breakfast at the Inn and dinner at the Pink Elephant are must-do’s). The property manager is a great communicator which I very much appreciated.

Boca Grande Perfection – A True Island Gem

I’ve been coming to Boca Grande since I was a kid and have stayed at over 80 different properties on the island. Without a doubt, this one tops them all.The location is unbeatable—everything is just a quick golf cart ride or short walk away. We parked the car when we arrived and never touched it again. From breakfast at The Outlet to dinners at The Temptation (maybe one too many—pretty sure I gave myself gout), to a scenic boat trip to Cabbage Key, everything we love about Boca was right at our fingertips.The home itself is the perfect size—comfortable, stylish, and full of that old Florida charm. Throughout the week, I brought in different groups of friends so each could experience what makes this place so special. It’s a little slice of heaven that takes you back to a better time.Susan was outstanding to work with—thoughtful, responsive, and on top of every detail. She made check-in a breeze and helped ensure our stay was effortless from start to finish.We jumped 47 tarpon this week, laughed until it hurt, and made memories I’ll never forget. Honestly, if I could rent this place all summer, I would. I’m even hesitant to share how amazing it is because part of me wants to keep it all to myself—but it’s just too good not to share.

Great Boca Beach House

Lovely stay! We were worried post hurricane, but, our stay was wonderful. Most restaurants open, plenty of fun shops open all within walking distance of this well appointed beach house. Spotless, beautiful linens, great beach reads, beach towels, we had a wonderful stay, plan to be back!
