Located on the 17th fairway at Linville Ridge, it offers 5 bedrooms, a den with pullout sofa, 6 bathrooms and 2 large living areas on both floors. Grandfather Mountain is visible from both outdoor covered porches. Large trees surround the property. The downstairs area offers a large jacuzzi hot tub, ping pong, game system and is adjacent to the expansive lawn for croquet, bocce ball, chippo or horsehoes. Inside, there are 2 large stone fireplaces and 5 flat screen TVs on both levels. There is and outdoor firepit (firewood provided) and deck with adirondack chairs as well as a full house generator in the event of power outages.

Linville is near the town of Banner Elk, 15 minutes from Boone and 30 minutes from Blowing Rock. Hundreds of hiking trails, including the famous Grandfather Mountain Profile Trail, and waterfalls inhabit the surrounding area. The house is a 10-minute drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway and all it has to offer, including Grandfather Mountain State Park, the wildlife preserve and the famous "Swinging Bridge" where the views are spectacular. The area further offers whitewater rafting, bicycle adventures, ziplining and fly fishing. Tweetsie Railroad is a 20 minute drive.
