Charming four-season country home on three beautifully landscaped acres, only two hours from NYC. The house is geared towards family fun, with an open layout, a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, flat-screen TVs, washer/dryer, linens, and high-speed internet.

Built into a hill, this secluded house offers an in-ground pool and screened-in porch (with a full dining table) to enjoy all summer long. During the winter months, skiing is available nearby and the slopped driveway offers the perfect sled route.

The first floor of the home includes two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with two twin beds and a trundle. Additionally, the entry-level has a full bathroom, washer/dryer, TV room (with sleeper sofa), and a wood-burning fireplace. Upstairs, you will find an open kitchen, which offers stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing any meal. The second floor also includes the master bedroom with an en-suite, as well as another bedroom and full bathroom. Right off the kitchen is an oversized living area with another wood-burning fireplace.

Austerlitz lies on the border of Massachusetts and New York. It is accessible to a wealth of activities in both Columbia County and the Berkshires. There are three major ski slopes nearby, fine restaurants, theaters, films, markets, antiquing, hiking, and golf. Close to Tanglewood, Jacobs Pillow, Norman Rockwell Museum, and the Shaker Museum.

Skiing: Near Catamount, Butternut, and Jiminy Peak skiing.
Hiking: Numerous trails surround the house, ranging from beginner to advanced.
