We are offering our Water Front Cottage , over 3500sq ft up to 14 guests a beautiful place with exquisite view of Lake Simcoe !First floor: Quiet and cozy lake cottage .

Perfect Girls Weekend!

11 women thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful cottage and property. The gorgeous lake view and peaceful surroundings were just what we needed. Plenty of space for us to sleep and the perfect living room and kitchen for us to gather. Hot tub was pristine and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, large utensils and cooking items. Highly recommend staying here.

Great home and great Hosts. Communication was excellent and quick. Everything and more that was in the listing was at the property. Lots to do close by...Shaw's Maple Syrup and the Horse and Carriage rides were great for the kids. Very cozy and very quite...the house is perfect for families with the open concept...great Kitchen...great outdoor space with an amazing BBQ. Overall a perfect family day weekend and i would definitely re-book!

Amazing Cottage very clean spacious amazing view very quiet neighborhood very safe for family and friends Gathering everything you needed was there. water was kind of deep for a little kids they needed a life jacket provided already. Owner communication and service was amazing location was very good Costco Walmart was 5 minutes or 10 minutes away from the cottage which was very convenient Highly recommend this Cottage for big group.

Overall amazing place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful view while staying in this luxurious home. We cooked amazing food in the beautiful kitchen, while taking advantage of the amazing wood burning fireplace. It was one of the coldest weekends of the year to date, so we absolutely enjoy that wood burning fireplace and the warm heat it produced. Amazing stay overall!!

Great March Break Ski/Ice Fish/Skating family vacation

We enjoyed our stay so much! The cottage was spotless, the rooms were large and spacious, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed - perfect place for our family. We spent our days skiing at Horseshoe Valley, ice fishing and we shovelled a rink and skated on the ice…. So many great outdoor actives to enjoy with a young family. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful.

This was a beautiful, spacious, and modern home Lots of space indoors and outside, comfortable beds, and extremely clean. Lilia was quick to respond and ensure that we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
