Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Upstairs fireplace did not work the entire stay. Front door handle broke when we arrived. Master bath left sink drain backs up. Some of the dishes were not entirely clean. Dumpster next to front door was quite an eye sore… heaping over with garbage for the first couple days.

told the management company almost immediately there was a problem with the pillows/tv (nothing changed), the tv would not allow anything other than prime or netflix or PLAIN youtube and couldn't stream your own service (mirroring), we stayed during college football playoffs and unable to watch any of them on TV, CRAZY, plus since others on network, all servers kept kicking off during night (when they tried to check during daytime of course it worked) but still couldn't stream what WE wanted to stream. This was NOT an inexpensive place to stay during this week! Overall happy with stay but would not stay here again

Nice, but some bumps

This condo is nice, although the 3 flights of stairs to the kitchen and living room makes for a lot of stair climbing. We found the kitchen well stocked. The living room fireplace did not work and when we called to get it fixed we never heard back and it never got fixed. The internet was also very unreliable and continually crashed. The movie we tired to watch had multiple pauses of 5-10 minutes as the network crashed and restarted. The TVs are a bit dated and have Netflix and YouTube but no way to add other apps or watch network TV. We had to watch NFL playoffs on our phone. The location is nice and close and beds and bathrooms were great. But old TVs, bad internet and non-working fireplace were all a let down considering the high price.

Great home near Winterpark.

We stayed a week of skiing in Feb and had a crazy amount of snow. The house was very well set up with all we needed to cook, relax after a day on the slopes and keep warm. Having a garage for the car was a bonus with that much snow, and the drive was cleared for us each morning! We will definitely consider returning if back in the area again.

Great Home Close to the Mountain

We loved this home and the location. It's about a 10 minute walk to the base of Winter Park. Beautiful home with plenty of space for two families.

Great location for skiing. The bus system for old town is very easy for resort access. Short drive into winter park for plenty of shopping and dining. The property is very nice, great kitchen for cooking and the hot tub is nice after long day on the slopes!

Wonderful holiday!

The property was so accommodating for our entire family. We were able to look outside and see some of our family on the ski slopes while in the comfort of the heated property. It was a wonderful holiday and opportunity to come together as a family. The beds/bedrooms were so comfortable, and the kitchen was spacious enough to prepare all of our meals.

Winter Break getaway

We had a fabulous stay. The home had everything we needed for our two families to relax after a day on the slopes. Kitchen was fully stocked, rooms were comfortable and the views amazing. Great house and location

It was our first time to Winter Park. It was a quick drive (<5min) to the slopes or a 2min walk to the free shuttle. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a party of 7. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent winter park house

I went with 7 friends to this property for a 5 day ski trip at winter park. The location was excellent with a short walk up a hill to the slopes. The house itself was well stocked, clean, and a great solution to big groups with the bunk room... Everyone gets their own bed!

Slopeside Luxury Villa

Photos are exactly what is seen. Bunk room has 6 beds and holds 4 teenage girls perfectly. Might be a bit tight with 2 additional., but worked will for our group. Washer needs to be replaced or cleaned, front load washer was musty and had some mold around the front edge. These need to be kept clean or open after use to let dry. Kitchen is on the upper level so carrying groceries is up 3 levels, just be aware no other way to get them up there. Kitchen and living space is spacious, lots of utensils, pots/pans, crock pot, griddle, grill (but did not use) etc. The second level has the queen & master bedroom, both have separate bathrooms, master has a fireplace which was nice to warm by and look out at the mountain. Overall the house was great and would stay again if washer was replaced.

Spacious three story duplex

The property was very spacious and comfortable for the five of us. It is three stories so if someone can't climb stairs, you should avoid it. Kitchen and living area on the 3rd floor with bedrooms on floors 1 and 2. It was really nice to have a garage. While the property is very close to one of the ski runs, there doesn't appear to be any way to walk there. You'd have to climb a big hill and cross a railroad track. If you stay here plan on taking the bus or driving to the slopes. We drove every day since the buses only ran every 20 minutes or so during the week. Bus stop is probably 5-15 minutes away depending on your fitness level. Driving worked well for us since it wasn't crowded during the week, but on a crowded weekend the parking lots could fill up early. Steam shower was huge and really felt good after a day on the slopes. Note that there is no hot tub on premises.
