We were delighted to find that "steps to the beach" was actually correct! The property is around 5 minutes from the beach on foot, with great local eats and a very relaxed vibe as well. Our first visit to GC, we'll be repeating in the future and hope this property will be available when we come back!
Such a lovely stay and close to so many things! I wouldn’t call the accommodations “luxurious “ but quite nice, bright and cheery, and VERY clean, all the important things thought about. Our host was easily available and so very gracious, especially in helping us deal with a problem with my phone. 3 min walk to beach. Would absolutely stay there again next time we have an opportunity to visit the beautiful island of Grand Cayman!
Our host Tricia was amazing! She was quick to take care of any issues that we had and was very helpful with choosing restaurants and things to do. The place was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Our unit was conveniently located in easy walking distance less than a block from the beach with an excellent view of the sunset. There were several excellent grocery store options with the closest being 2 mins drive away or possibly walking distance if you aren't getting very much. There were also convenience store options, a liquor store, a bank and a Subway restaurant a half block away. A block away was our favorite restaurant "The Heritage Kitchen".
This place is literally the best deal in the whole of Grand Cayman. Great space and only two blocks from the beach and Heritage Kitchen.

This was perfect for us. This is quite small great for a couple. The owners had everything for the beach ….towels, chairs, coolers and even an umbrella
My sister and I spent a few days at this location to celebrate my birthday. The host was perfectly accommodating and responsive, and check in was a breeze. The location is nearby a great grocery store (Foster's), across from a liquor store, close to an Island Specialty (Heritage Kitchen), and walkable to my favorite beach on the island, Cemetery Beach. Our host was so lovely and offered to hold our room an additional night due to inclement weather back at home. I can't wait to return!

Safe quiet area, walking distance to the local grocery store and a few other places for food and drinks. Only 2-3 minute drive to Cemetary beach which my wife said had amazing snorkeling for free! (Just bring your own gear). I would highly recommend staying there.
Very nice. Only concern is that the window air conditioner unit in the bedroom is very loud and the fan blows hard even on the lowest setting. Otherwise a nice simple place with welcomed amenities such as beach chairs and beach umbrella. Nice simple kitchen too
We stay at this West end location and we loved it!!!
It wasn’t full of tourist. The walk to the beach was very short, the best beach was just north of the cemetery.
We snorkeled and saw such beautiful sea life; sting ray, lobsters and abundant fish.
The apartment was quiet except for the roosters but the also entertained us.
We didn’t rent a car, we just caught the local buses/vans.
Very relaxing vacation and would highly recommend this place

Perfect For Our Needs
We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped to suit our cooking needs, and having a full sized fridge was a bonus! The A/C was great, kept us nice and cool. Great location, just a 10 minute walk away from Cemetery Beach which honestly had THE most spectacular reef for snorkeling. The apartment was functional and suited our needs perfectly and having hot water was great too! Perks having a big grocery store, liquor store, and Heritage Kitchen all nearby. We wouldn't hesitate to rent again on our next trip down hopefully sooner than later! Tricia was always very prompt with communications. We had no issues at all, and the apartment was sparkling clean.

We loved our 6 night stay!! Complimentary airport transfer was easy and effortless. Tricia met us at the door and walked us through and made sure we knew everything. A delicious fruit plate and other snacks awaited us in the fridge and we loved the privacy of our own patio. The grocery store was a 10 minute walk and we cooked breakfast every morning in the well equipped kitchen.
Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, and much more was available for our use. We took the bus everywhere and the local people were friendly and welcomed us with huge smiles and information galore. Every convenience was a stone throw away and we enjoyed eating at the local restaurants and more upscale restaurants in Camana Bay. We would definitely stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Pavilion. Tricia was a wonderful host!! What we really appreciated were the thorough instructions she emailed so we knew exactly how to enter and exit the unit, specific driving instructions from the airport, her availability to answer any questions we might have during our stay and offering to bring us her larger cooler :) The unit was very clean when we arrived and had everything renters would like to have on a beach vacation - chairs, umbrella, beach towels. As described, the unit is on the smaller side but she really made the most of the space. We were able to hang, shelve and store all of our clothes (and snorkel gear) for the week without a problem. The kitchen had all of the items we needed to cook and having the full size refrigerator/freezer was great. It was so convenient having the grocery store close by and a really beautiful section of the beach is two blocks away. If we ever return to Grand Cayman, we will definitely check if the Blue Pavilion is available!!

We enjoyed our stay at Blue Pavilion very much. Easy check in/check out. No keys to drag around with you. Private setting and very quiet. The only minor stress we had was fending off the chickens and roosters when feeding the cats, but even that was enjoyable. Part of the charm of the island.
Everything we needed was supplied at Blue Pavilion. Awesome beach chairs and a sunbrella. Beach towels. Kitchen appliances and utensils. Two sizes of cooler to take to the beach. Cat food for the cats. Brooms and mops. Dishwashing detergent. Private parking in front of our unit. There is not much extra that you need to bring or buy. Way more value than staying at a hotel. Would recommend it and would stay here again. Thank you for the hospitality.
Host was friendly, professional and very forthcoming at all times. I was even granted flexbility in check in/check out times. I was offered an upgrade to a larger unit.
A top notch grocery store was a 5 minute walk while the beach, a SUBWAY shop, and at least 2 wonderful restaurants were a 3 minute walk.
Condo was modest, clean and comfortable.
I would rent this unit again in a minute.
A great location for a "basecamp" to explore the wonders of Grand Cayman. While we did one boat excursion to Stingray City and drove all around the island it was great to be only a few minutes away from Cemetery Beach to easily snorkel for hours.
Apartment was comfortable, clean, secure and quiet (until 430 AM when the roosters rev up their crowing but that is part of the Grand Cayman Island experience!)
Tricia was a great host and made sure we were enjoying our stay.

The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood less than 2 blocks from the nearest beach. It is family owned and operated by local residents . Very nice people that will go out of there way to make sure your stay is the best. Plenty of restaurant and grocery options within walking distance. Less than 6 minute drive to famous 7 mile beach. Would recommend a rental car, but if not, small buses run all day with nearest pickup 1/2 block away. After a long day of sightseeing it’s great to have a quiet place to spend the night. Secluded and away from the crowds, this place is great. Beware, the Island is heavily populated with feral chickens that like to bring in the day with some early morning crowing. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone.
Fantastic little spot close to a gorgeous beach access! All the basic necessities you'll need including a little kitchen to prep meals and snacks. We found it to be nice and private. No frills but good value!

We were beyond happy with our stay at this rental. It is on the small side but we expected that from the listing and it completely suited our needs. Short walk to the beach and local conveniences. There is a bus stop very close by but we opted for a rental car. Everything we needed was close by including the activities we booked.
Tricia was absolutely amazing! Very responsive and very courteous. She went out of her way to make our stay pleasant.

I am glad to have found this property for rent for my holiday in Grand Cayman. It is a nice little apartment equipped with everything you need. It is nice and comfortable.
The best part about the apartment is the location. It is a few minutes walk to the beach and two delicious local restaurants. The grocery store and liquor store is only slightly further away, and still within flip-flop walking distance. The apartment is also safe and private.
The owner Tricia is very helpful and always prompt with communications.
I would highly recommend this property for your next Grand Cayman trip!

Economical well-situated accommodations
We rented this property for the Christmas holidays. It was extremely affordable especially compared to the prices on the Caymans. It was an easy 35 minute drive from the airport. It's located about a block from a more secluded, non-touristy beach. The accommodations themselves were very clean. The Wi-Fi, cable and hot water all worked well. The interior is older with an air conditioner unit in the bedroom. It is small, but it was all we needed.
