Host profile image
My name is Tracy and I was born and raised in Iowa, I also have a home in Naples, Florida for the past 30 years, and am currently living in Alpharetta, Georgia. I host at all of my homes when I can. I love to travel and meet new people!

Why they chose this property

This is the neighborhood I grew up in so being able to move back and live on the river is a dream come true

What makes this property unique

This home was built in 1845 and Iowa became a state in 1846. This home was here before it was called the state of Iowa, pretty cool! Your view out the back deck is the River and …the state of Illinois !!
