There’s a full bar with seating for 6 and 3 indoor fireplaces. Enjoy watching the wildlife on the river? There are 4 decks to choose your view. Best fishing on the Mississippi River right off the boat dock! The home is located 15 minutes north of LeClaire, Iowa ( American Pickers is filmed here) and 1 hour south of Dubuque , Iowa (Field of Dreams movie site) . This home was built in 1845 and Iowa became a state in 1846. This home was here before it was called the state of Iowa, pretty cool! Your view out the back deck is the River and …the state of Illinois !!
