This was the best VRBO we have rented, they had everything we needed and more. This location was perfect for us and the space in this house was fantastic, there was a spot for everyone including my husband who needed an office to work and the second floor coffee room was that place. This house was fantastic! It has everything; coffee, wine, towels, mugs, silverware, and even plastic baggies for my traveling ball players! If we are ever in the area again , we will choose this house!

I rented Sheila's house for a Sister's Weekend and it exceeded all of my expectations! The home was bigger than it looked in the picture and has wonderful charm. Sheila thought of everything we could need and more. The kitchen was excellent l extremely well stocked with all we needed, there were even some pantry ingredients like herbs and spices, which we appreciated. Sheila was an excellent and communicative host, especially when we had had storms and a tornado while we visited. The small downtown area was darling and had all we needed. I'd highly recommend a stay here!

Beautiful House!!

My Bridesmaids and i loved our overnight stay at this house. Plenty of beds, very clean, coffee maker fully stocked ❤️ I was able to communicate with the owner at all times. The house is minutes from downtown LeClaire, absolutely perfect for a girls trip. I highly suggest this house!

Quilted Ladies

4quilters get together for a week of laughter, quilting, and fun together. Glassed in front porch was perfect. Ate all our meals there ( dining table was filled with machines and projects). Other side of porch were comfy chairs to sip morning coffee and converse. Weather was great and the Mississippi was looking good. Great time was had by all.

Great House by the River

We thoroughly enjoyed our sta at the Whiskey Run Riverhouse. The house is very spacious with a great balcony overlooking the river. We enjoyed a few meals out there during our weekend stay. One night there was a live band at the Go Fish Marina Bar and Grill down the street, which we could hear from the balcony. Sheila was a very accommodating hostess. She was very responsive and helpful with our various requests. It all made for a great weekend stay. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing ladies weekend! The house was super clean, beds were very comfortable, and we loved all the spaces to gather--the upstairs deck, the upstairs game room, and especially the enclosed front porch! The kitchen had everything's you could think of needing to cook meals. We are already discussing scheduling for next year!

We have stayed here numerous times and love the house and the location. The house is always spotless and well supplied with everything we need. We also appreciate that every time we come there are numerous updates. This time we appreciated the new kitchen!! The catfish in the front yard is wonderful! Until next time ........

Perfect Spot for Weekend Retreat

Our local church elders stayed here for our annual retreat, and this house was perfect. The location was beautiful, the fire pit was great, and the house had so many amenities — most notably, lots of seating and a fully-loaded kitchen. Sheila was easy to communicate with, as well. Would definitely return!
