OK, who wouldn’t want to stay here? River Mountain Lodge Iowa Hill Condo offers the convenience and comforts of a condominium (with hotel amenities) in the heart of historic downtown Breckenridge. Just ski down, walk across the street and you’re home! Plus, you’re just one block from Main Street Breckenridge and a short shuttle ride to the gondola or the Peak 9 base. Do it: Your family and friends will love you for it!

River Mountain Lodge Iowa Hill Condo is a spacious, two-level condo with a great view of the slopes from the patio; it’s perfect for groups of up to four. There’s a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and a flat-screen TV. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for three at the counter for a quick breakfast or après-ski snack. You’ll also enjoy the in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, underground parking (one car) with elevator access, a fitness center, an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Everything was great! Perfect size for 4 people. Within walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants (check out the Tin plate for pizza and cocktails you wont be disappointed). The gondola to the base was a convenient 5 min walk.

This is our favorite condo to rent in Breckenridge. Wonderful views and the location is the best, just a few steps from mainstreet. Lockbox check-in is so easy and right next door to the unit. Our contact/host was attentive and answered any questions right away. We would definitely recommend this unit and will stay here again.

Perfect Mountain Access

The ease of access to the mountain in the morning via the shuttle and the ability to ski in at any point during the day made this an ideal stay. We also enjoyed the half block stroll to main street in the evening as well as the amenities on site.

Conference Getaway

We were in Breckenridge for a conference. Easy transition as shuttle picked up outside resort. Tons of restaurants and shopping all within walking distance, even Gondala was close walk. But shuttle service easy and would take you if you didn’t want to walk. Would stay here again

Perfect spot for our two night stay - easy location to downtown and proximity to outdoor activities. Parking was the only slight hassle as the garage was always full but there are nearby options that don't require much of a walk.

Awesome little apt perfect for a couple or two or three friends. Perfect location minutes to gondola and 100 meters from ski in trail. And a very short walk to all Breck village offers. Awesome spot.

Comfortable and well-located condo

We really enjoyed our stay at the Iowa Hill Condo. It is very clean, well-equipped and nicely decorated. The location is terrific: you can walk into town in five minutes and the bus to the ski hill stops right outside. The management was very attentive and check-on as easy. We had a fun time in Breckenridge and recommend this place.
