River Dream Cottage is nestled on a 5 acre wooded lot on the Lincoln river. It features a private yet convenient location, a fire pit with views of the night sky, a small spring fed creek and 212 feet of rustic river frontage.

Bedroom #1 offers a queen bed, TV with streaming apps, ceiling fan and electric heat
Bedroom #2 has a twin bunk bed (sleeps 2) TV with streaming apps, and electric heat
Living room includes a full sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) and a TV with streaming apps
Bathroom has a tub with shower, electric heat and a washer & dryer
Kitchen includes an island with seating, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, and cabinets stocked with dishes, cookware and many extras for guests who enjoy cooking
3-seasons room has comfortable seating and a small table w/4 chairs
A small outdoor patio has a picnic table and a gas cooking grill (propane provided)

Access to the Lincoln river by way of a woodchip defined path through the woods! It is approximately 200 steps to a small footbridge over a spring fed creek, then an additional 200 steps to a boardwalk with a floating dock on the Lincoln river. There are 4 kayaks on a stand by the river access and a canoe. By making land management and accessibility to the natural beauty of the property a priority, our guests are now able to enjoy nature in a unique way. The land provides a serene setting for kayaking, bird watching and often catching a glimpse of a white-tailed deer!

This property was great to recharge and connect with nature. The property was amazing with the trail that leads you to the dock. We were able to catch multiple fish on the lake and use the canoes and kayaks. The house was clean and perfect for just what we needed. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed this property and our first time in Luddington. The owners were so wonderful about communicating with us. Check in and out was so easy. The property was nicely cleaned and stalked with essentials. It is so quiet and peaceful, but also near all of the things. The beautiful path back to the river was such a wonderful walk. Our family found there was too much to do and not enough time to do all the things, so we are hoping to come back again soon. We would recommend this property to anyone!

This is my go to place every single October! I can’t say enough amazing things about it. The property itself is so perfect, the trail to the river is something I do everyday when I am there. I love the patio and fire-pit so much. Rainy days are actually so relaxing and calming to just watch a movie or read. Always looking forward to my next year!

The weather had finally cooled off for a perfect long weekend to enjoy Ludington. Fall in Michigan continues to offer amazing hikes and fishing. The cottage was perfect for our family. The size of the yard was most important for our 3 boys! Everynight around the firepit and running around! The kitchen and house was well equipped making cooking and grilling easy. The canoe was perfect for our sons to go fishing in Lincoln Lake.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy little cottage in the woods. It was lovely walking the path through the woods down to the river and then being able to kayak to Lincoln Lake. The cottage is just a few minutes away from town and the state park. Check in and out were simple and Bernadine was quick to answer any questions.

This cabin was wonderful! It was peaceful and nice and quiet set back in the woods. There was so much room for the kids to run free and the fire pit was a hit! The only thing that could make it even more perfect is maybe adding a little window air conditioning unit. Otherwise 100/10! We will definitely be back again!

Right up our alley

Very clean, simple, met all our needs, but mostly we loved the privacy!!! The cabin was surrounded by woods on a 5 acre lot with a cute trail through the woods leading to Lincoln lake, equiped with kayaks availible for guest use!!
