Come visit Lauderdale by the Sea and book your next stay in this private villa home nestled in the quiet island neighborhood of Terra Mar. This charming house is just minutes walking distance to beautiful private sandy beaches. Lauderdale by the Sea is a quaint seaside town with plenty of local dining, specialty shops, water activites, fishing piers, and so much more!

The double car Chicago brick driveway offers ample parking spaces for your parking conveniences. Adirondack chairs welcome your stay at the inviting front porch. The entire exterior back porch is spacious and paved with brick pavers throughout. There is a wading (spa) pool for you to relax and soak in some sun. Chaise lounges, outdoor dining table, patio chairs, flat screen television, and a gas barbecue grill are perfect complements for your outdoor entertaining.

The interior of the home is as inviting as the exterior and offers everything you would need for a comfortable vacation stay. The villa is spacious, bright, clean, and simply beautifully decorated. This home is equipped with fast Wifi internet and there are satellite Direct TV on large flat screens throughout the home. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms which can accommodate up to eight guest. One room offers a king size bed with a desk and work space, another room offers a queen bed, and the third room offers two queen beds. There is a gourmet kitchen with granite island counter tops and bar-stools. Kick back and relax on the large leather sectional in the spacious living room. Then gather the family for dinner around the extended dining room table with plenty of chairs and a dining bench. There is also a washer and dryer on the property for your convenience.

We stayed for a week with our family for the holidays. The house was well appointed for our family of 6 and absolutely immaculate. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located with a short drive to everything we needed. The pool in the backyard was an added bonus. The private beach is within walking distance or a very short drive. Fabulous vacation! The manager of the property was attentive and easy to communicate with.

Great house and location. Viet was timely in his responses - we stayed for a full month. First floor living was ideal for older parents. Outdoor TV is a nice touch. The pool was heated - almost like a jacuzzi temp. Would definitely stay here again. Prime location and private beach access was a 6 minute walk from the house. Private parking is available at the beach too.

My family traveled there for my son's college graduation. This was our 1st VRBO experience and it was great. Viet was so nice and easy to work with. We had one issue with the refrigerator not working and it's was taken care of pretty quick. A little disappointed we lost food and wasn't offered any credit or compensation.
