3 Bedroom Oceanfront Condo - Spectacular Views & Community Pool in Queens Grant

Watch the sunrise and sunset from this updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath Oceanfront condo in Queens Grant Community, Topsail Beach.

While approaching the front door, you will be in awe of the views of the Intercostal Waterway (ICW). As you enter the condo, you will immediately be drawn to the Atlantic directly out the sliding glass door. It doesn’t stop there! In addition to all the common areas, EVERY bedroom and the master bathroom have incredible ocean views.

This condo is located on the top/3rd floor without accessibility of an elevator. Enjoying the incredible views does require some stair climbing, but you won’t be disappointed.

A-303 has been remodeled and professionally decorated. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you'll need for your cooking choices. The dining table seats 6 with room for more at the counter, or take your meals outside on the covered deck to watch the dolphins swim.

Bed sizes include a Queen in the master, Queen in front bedroom, with a Queen/Twin Bunk Bed in the middle bedroom. Pillows, spreads, and blankets are provided. Linens are NOT provided, so please bring your own or we can provide you with local rental companies that can supply linens.

Enjoy the amazing sunrise from the privacy of the condo. Leave your PJs on, take a few steps to the back deck and get better views than on the beach. In the evening, don’t miss the sunsets over the ICW from the front porch with an enjoyable beverage is in hand.

There is a community beach access at the bottom of the stairs. Your stay includes access to Queens’s Grant community amenities. Directly across the street is where you'll find the refreshing swimming pool, open May through September. The picnic and grilling area overlooks the children's playset and basketball area so you can keep an eye on the little ones while grilling. Queen's Grant also provides a community boat ramp and dock for its homeowners and guests. Parking for boat/jet ski trailers is limited and is used on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Beautiful condo

We really loved the location, decor and amenities in the condo. Close to some places to pickup food easily and also enjoyed the pool. Loved the beach and sound side views in one place!

Everything you need for a perfect beach vacation.

The furnishings in the condo are very nice and comfy, and there’s everything you need in the kitchen. We had a great time at the beach all week. Topsail (at least now) is so chill and relaxing- the beach isn’t too crowded no matter what time you go.

Beautiful views, clean condo

The condo was spacious and very clean. The views from both balconies (ocean and intracoastal waterway) were wonderful. The location was great with easy access to beautiful beaches. Communication with the property owners was very easy and they were very responsive. Our family (5 of us) enjoyed our visit very much. We would definitely visit again and highly recommend the condo.

The beachfront location is amazing for sunrises and views of dolphins. The pool across the street is great for cooling off after the beach in the afternoon/evenings. The condo was clean, well stocked kitchen, and very nicely decorated. *We plan to rebook this again and again for future dates.

Wonderful stay even though the weather didn’t cooperate for us. Super easy check in and great communication with the owner. The condo is very clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen isn’t lacking for anything. Very comfortable beds, upgraded bathrooms, and a view that can’t be beat. What else could you want in a beach vacation?!?

Awesome condo!

We really enjoyed this super nice condo. The only drawback was the steps to the 3rd floor but the views made the steps worthwhile. Julie was very helpful with staying in touch with helpful info. We definitely recommend!

Beautiful beach getaway!

Everything was just as advertised. Condo was beautifully decorated, well stocked, clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. Owners made themselves available if needed. The beach area is vast and gorgeous. Just can’t say enough great things about the area, the beach and the condo! We’ve always loved the Topsail area and this years visit did not disappoint!

Amazing views from upgraded balconies. Beds were really comfortable and unit was impeccably clean. Kitchen was well stocked and organized. Location was perfect - close enough to restaurants and activities but quiet complex. Wide beaches. Owners were highly responsive and accommodating. Highly, highly recommend.

Beautiful ocean front!

We had the best family vacation in this ocean front property. Clean and beautifully decorated. The back porch was my favorite spot. It was such a cute and cozy little area to watch the ocean waves or the sunset at night. The pool area is right across the street for easy access. We have stayed in Queens Grant for 20+ years and this is one of the best units we have stayed in.

Great condo!

We had a wonderful experience, despite not-so-wonderful weather while we were there! The condo was perfect for our family. It was very clean and well-kept, and I’m pretty picky. The owners provided very clear instructions and were very communicative. I felt confident that they would be responsive if we had any issues (which, we didn’t!). We loved being right on the beach, and also having the small playground and pool across the street for the kids. The only caution I would give would be for the three flights of stairs to get to the unit. It was tough with two small children, and for transporting stuff on arrival and departure…Just something to think about if you have small children and a lot of gear! But we were able to store beach/pool gear in the storage closet on the ground level, so that helped with how much we had to lug up and down. And the view from the unit is definitely spectacular!

Perfect location and everything you need

We have rented many homes for vacations, and this is the best we’ve stayed at, by a long shot. The location is perfect. Private beach and pool access. Home very tastefully done with higher end furnishings. Sunrise and ocean views from the rear of the unit, and sunset in the front. We will be staying here again!

Great place!

Nice, renovated property. It has everything for comfortable living. Also they have a lot of sand and water toys for kids. Quiet non-crowded location. Owners were very nice in accommodating our needs.

Topsail Beach

Owners were very available and attentive to detail. They provided sandtoys for our grandson and beach chairs for the adults. They also gave us suggestions on where to eat and shop. The condo was very well maintained and had the most well equipped kitchen I have seen in a rental. The 3 story walk up is well worth it for the views of the beach side glorious sunrises and intercoastal side beautiful sunsets. Would definitely rent again!

We vacationed every summer with our 2 boys at various beaches in NC & SC but always loved Topsail. We live in Holly Springs, NC and get to Topsail as often as we can.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this unit as soon as we saw the views. We love the Southside of the island as the beach is beautiful and not so crowded. Queens Grant is perfect because it offers both the ocean and the sound while also providing a community pool! In addition, access to the boat ramp is great for watersports.

What makes this property unique

Being able to see the sunrise and set from the unit truly is spectacular.
