Nice place to stay

Great location. Right near the beach, but also close to shopping, dining etc.

The host was nice, but the amenities was not. First off the heating system was not working properly and first night the temperature was 27 and the heating system couldn’t keep up. The next day she brought over a portable heater for use until it could be repaired. The skillets were not in good shape the Teflon was pilling off, she replaced them after I showed her the shape they were in. The next thing I found was the sink in kitchen was leaking water out of the trap really bad and had been doing it for some time, she repaired it and cleaned up the mess in the kitchen sink base. The WiFi was terrible for two weeks of our stay with a download speed of 8 to 50 mbps, you couldn’t watch tv with out it constantly reloading and buffering, she called Spectrum and they had to replace parts of their system and lastly the heating and cooling system is a split unit and when the temperature warmed up the inside unit started to freeze up and fan blades would hit the ice buildup and wake us up in the middle of the night and throw out ice and water all over the crouch and I would have to turn off the unit so it could defrost, I reported this to the owner so it could be repaired before renting it out again.

Loved It!

Absolutely loved this place! This bungalow is fully renovated, super clean and nicely decorated with WiFi, TVs and a very short walk to the beach. The hosts were amazing! Very responsive and attentive. Looking forward to staying at their properties again!!

1 Block away from Cocoa Beach, Why not? The town is very welcoming and currently rebuilding it's beauty from before Hurricane Irma. This property is sectioned into 4 Units which allow as low as 2-3 per unit or upwards of 16 individuals for the whole complex.

What makes this property unique

This property allows you to experience Cape Canaveral's full potential. With Space Exploration picking up there is bound to be a shuttle in the near future. The property features a patio and balcony (Unit 3 only) and a full service laundromat complimentary with the stay.
