Come & enjoy "Palm Whisper" a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, pet-friendly, pool home just a 10 minute walk to Blind Pass Beach!

Relish in the lush landscape from the privacy of your enclosed 2-story caged lanai either on the upstairs deck patio or lounging poolside*. This home boasts new furnishings throughout, new stainless steel appliances and an added den/game room including a foosball table The main living floor offers 2 guest rooms with 1 Queen bed and the other with 2 Twin beds, both with on-suite bathrooms attached. The upstairs level features the 3rd guest room with a Twin bed that has a pull out trundle bed and the large master suite with a King bed which also offers a private rooftop deck. Bring the whole family and enjoy Sanibel living at it's finest!

Home amenities include: 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds & 1 pull-out Twin to King trundle bed (sleeps 8), 2 Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, heated pool, large enclosed & partially covered lanai patio, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, driveway parking. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people.

Must "Whisper" at Palm Whisper

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the home was okay, outdated, old; beat-up furniture; basement smelled like mold; had to personally wash pool deck and lanai area; it was filthy. I called Sanibel Vacations to replace some of the front steps which we almost fell through; they came out and replaced the steps within an hour: great customer service.We were told "the beach is a 5-10 minute walk" it's at least 15-25 minute walk"Neighbors are not very friendly, people who live next door to the right are very mean solid, miserable...if you're talking in the Lanai after 9:00PM they threaten to "call the police".Anne and Brooke from Sanibel are the absolute best to work with; I highly recommend them for your Sanibel Rental.We have already booked for next year, but NEVER AGAIN at this property!!!

Sanibel is my happy place and Palm Whisper did not disappoint!

My husband and I have been coming to Sanibel for over 40 years… Staying at many different places. Palm whisperer is in a lovely neighborhood at the quiet West End of the Island. The house was lovely, the pool and deck area was lovely, and the walk to the beach was lovely! It was a lovely time with family and friends and we look forward to coming back next year!

The house had plenty of space for our group of retirees - and we enjoyed our daily bike rides to the beach, swims in the pool, and lounging/reading/napping. SBL is a terrific company and was so quick to respond to anything we needed. We would love to return!!

Great Location for Beach Walks

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in a very convenient spot for dog walks to Bowmans Beach. It has a lovely pool area which gets the afternoon sun. The home is comfortable and well equipped with enormous TV and even a piano which we enjoyed. There are signs of wear and tear, here and there. We really enjoyed our stay and would have loved to return had it been available in 2023. SBL are a great team and very responsive always!

December at Palm Whisper

We had a wonderful stay at Palm Whisper in the Heron's Landing neighborhood and highly recommend this house. We have stayed on Sanibel and Captiva many times; this was our first house rental for an extended month-long stay. The room configuration worked well for our 3-generation family. The location within walking distance to Bowman's Beach Park on a private path was amazing. We really enjoyed the pool in the late afternoon and evening. Kitchen is reasonably well suited for family meals. We had a few minor issues as we were possibly the first renters of the season, but SBL was very attentive. We like this end of the island as it is a bit quieter, but still has easy access to beach, Ding Darling, and Captiva. Sun is a little bright in LR and DR, which are the only windows without shades, but the view to the tree tops is lovely. All said, we had an absolutely amazing time, as did our entire family.

One of our daughters joined us for two weeks.What a great experience!The home is spacious. It is true to the photos online and is well laid out and comfortable. There’s plenty of closet and drawer space to allow you to get settled for a longer stay. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, and there are are lots of beach towels.The location is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly people. It’s an easy walk or bike ride to the beach. The pool is very nice. Right between this house and one next door an osprey had built a nest and you could get a good view of the osprey at the nest while floating in the pool :)The only issue we experienced was that we noticed we had to add water to the pool often so there was some sort of leak. We reported it. It was not yet fixed when we left but we were told that the pool company was backlogged. It didn’t affect us as we were still able to keep using the pool.Make sure to climb the little observation tower in the neighborhood at sunset. Beautiful views!

It was the perfect place to “bubble” and do remote work and school during the pandemic while staying COVID safe in Sanibel, where the mask order is enforced. SBL was incredibly responsive to the few needs we had during our stay. Neighbors are friendly and we were sad to leave!

All of the rooms were nice, a good size. Also a plus having 3 bathrooms. Loved the space in the kitchen. May favorite part was probably the upstairs, it was my husbands and I little retreat ❤️Also would like to add, the walk to the beach wasn’t bad. I love Bowman’s Beach! Definitely would stay there again!****Things that need improvement *****The master mattress really does need to be changed.The bedroom to the main balcony sliding door does not lock, and the closet door should probably be fixed. Kind of weird that there were no dressers in the rooms. Maybe put TVs in all bedrooms. Extra blankets. For that long of stay the kitchen needs a few more things. Like a crockpot, pizza cutter, full set of Tablespoons, meat thermometer, a griddle would have been great! A previous home we stayed in had one, it came In handy with a big family, cooling rack. Maybe two trash cans in the house, one for trash and the other recycle. If we were staying there longer, have all of this would be great!

Reviewer Comments: The good: -Location is amazing - walk to beach, quick drive into town center, far enough away that it's nice and quiet. -Pool is fantastic, perfect temperature, shaded by screen, easy to enjoy outdoor time-Upper deck was nice as well for relaxing-Huge TV in living area for downtime-Laundry was convenient-Kitchen had all amenities you need-SBL was very quick to address any issues we had while at the property-air conditioning worked great and fans moved air very wellNeeds work:-red ant problem upstairs (SBL worked with us quickly but exterminators had to come out multiple times), couldn't sleep upstairs or use bathroom for first week until ants were reduced-master bed was extremely uncomfortable and sagging, felt like sleeping in a hammock - need immediate attentionOverall, had a great time in Sanibel and would definitely return to the area. This is our second time renting through SBL and the office staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.
