Legacy 102- Start Planning Your Beach Getaway!

Legacy # 102 is the perfect place for the perfect price. As soon as you open the door you will be amazed that you have gotten such a great condo at such and unbelievable price. Our condo is right on the beach which means that your walk from your room to the sand literally takes about a minute. Our condo is unique because we customized a dining room into a third bedroom but we were able to also include a breakfast nook. There is a primary suite and it also has its own master bath that includes a jetted tub. There is a 50 inch television in the living room and a 50 inch in the master bedroom for your viewing enjoyment. Our condo building only has 23 units and this is a great advantage for you. Three of the main advantages are that the parking is close the pool is not crowded and the elevator is almost always readily available. Our 3 bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 9 because the middle bedroom has a futon/bunk bed that converts into a double bed on the bottom. We guarantee that you will have a great time at our condo because our own family enjoys it so much every year.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Clean, cute, great location!

Very clean and pretty place. Cute decor, lots of space, and it had everything we needed. Aside from toilet paper, which we just bought when we grocery shopped. I loved the balcony! And I loved the views from bedroom too!

Great view and location

The condo was sufficiently clean. We found some trash under the bed. It was furnished nicely although I wish they could have provided more basics like more than 2 rolls of toilet paper for 8 people and maybe some salt & pepper in the kitchen. The views and location was the absolute best thing about the property. Beautiful! We were so thankful they had a pool as well since there was a double red flag on the beach during our entire stay. All in all would definitely stay there again.

The condo was very nice and clean except for the bed coverings. We ended up having to wash them because they had a stench and stains all over them. Other than that, everything was very nice.

Construction devalued the property a lot. We were not made aware of this construction.

Great location, walking distance from the beach.

Check in and check out process is easy. Everything is made through text and/or email. I had some questions but I needed to call to get an answer. They won’t email you back. Property cleanliness was poor. You can leave with it but I expected a cleaner apartment (there was hair on the floors, sand, just yucky stuff. Kitchen and bedroom are great, spacious. Best apartment for family with children. It took us less than 3 minutes to get to the beach. I loved it. Would definitely come back. Family environment!!

Family 2019 stay

Need to put in new bed mattress and one bathroom only had one hand towel. We have always enjoyed staying at this location. Did not care for the paint color in living room but that is my opinion. Association needs to do some maintenance on pool and surrounding fence.
