If you are a shopper-15 minutes to Pier Park-1 hour to Destin-3.5 miles to 30A-16 miles to airport-so much to do and so close to your new vacation home.

Peaceful

A very quiet part of Panama City Beach, which is what we wanted for our vacation. Very close to Rosemary Beach shopping and dining.

Clean little townhouse

We loved our stay here! The west end is quiet and quaint. The townhouse was very clean and the washer and dryer were the best I’ve used on vacation. As a mom of 3, that was awesome for me. Also, loved the enclosed garage under the townhouse. We will definitely stay again.

Great Location

Nothing better than having the beach out the back door! Quiet end of town but close to everything needed while on vacation. The beach was never crowded allowing room for everyone to set up close to the water with plenty of room. Enjoyed the balconies and the spacious room in the townhouse.

Fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pictures do not do the interior justice. It is well-designed, clean, and spacious! The beach is only steps from your back door! The property manager, Carol, is also very prompt at responding if you should have any questions.

Would stay again; great for families

Location is amazing, walk right out of unit and 20 steps to the sand. In between public access points so not crowded on the beach. Unit as depicted; no issues.

Close to everything Panama City has to offer but located where is nice and quiet and privacy is the point of the trip especially in this day of our lives.
Laying on the beach and not stepping on someone! Social distancing is easy here! Plus a garage. We have a large cleaning team to follow all the guidelines needed at this time, so you can get in on time and it will be wiped entirely.

What makes this property unique

just having a garage is a plus! Your car is easier to unpack and safer! Why would stay in a high rise and have to carry luggage a long way!
