This sun-drenched, four-bedroom classic 1960’s Kiwi bach offers everything you need to keep the whole family happy. You can even bring your pets along. Enjoy summer evenings firing up the BBQ on one of the two spacious decks, whilst the kids play on the flat sheltered, fully fenced lawn. Post dinner, challenge your group in a game of table tennis or darts in the garage. Stay entertained and connected with the books, board games, WiFi, TV (with Freeview and Chromecast) or take the available kayaks and paddle-board down to Pohara Beach for a paddle! On a winter escape, the wood burner will keep you toasty and warm. With plenty of parking – even for the boat – Pohara is the perfect base to explore Golden Bay. Host was very helpful but not intrusive, the bach had everything you need, includign barbecue, but still felt like a bach, it's near the sea, and near cafes and the store. Also has grand view out to the mountains.

This has never been a problem for our dog (although she is quite big 🙂) but we have filled the space to eliminate the gap so this won’t be a problem in the future.
