This home is nestled in secluded location in a private development in the Poconos, and no expense has been spared. Conveniently located within a short drive from the town of Jim Thorpe, white water rafting, paintball, Pocono Raceway, multiple ski resorts, and water parks. You may find yourself not wanting to leave once you see what this house has to offer!
This home has a 1000 square foot finished basement/game room/golf simulator with endless amounts of entertainment. Complete with professional pool table, air hockey, shuffle board, poker table, and wet bar. The basement also has an 8-person theater system equipped with streaming device, and 190 dish channels, not to mention 5 TV’s surrounding the entire basement! Outside the basement is a patio area with 6-person hot tub fully screened in and weather protected, and in the backyard are many outdoor games to enjoy!

Some other features of the house: All tv’s in bedrooms and living rooms are brand new smart TV’s and have 190 dish channels. Nest smart thermostats. Wi-Fi included. Plenty of parking for multiple cars. Keyless front door so no hassle with entry for large groups. Sheets and linens included. Large propane grill. This house is loaded with activities, inside and out. The rooms were comfortable and amenities were great. Overall it was a really fun place to hang out and kept a large group busy for the weekend. Highly recommended!

Pocono Summer retreat

Such a great house! 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, an incredible game room, theater area, bar and hot tub! Located right in the Poconos and easy drives to a ton of different activities. The cabin was clean, cozy, plenty of space and beautiful scenery of the woods outside! We had such a great week! Would definitely recommend!

I love everything about this house! The theater was amazing, this golf simulator was so much fun, and there's lots of room and comfortability at the house. We were so thankful for beinf there in the snow :-)

Awesome stay

The pics of this house don’t do it justice! Way bigger in person, plenty or room for everyone and tons of fun activities. It is nicely secluded with no direct neighbors as well with plenty of privacy which is a big thing for me when I rent. Would highly recommend can’t wait to come back!

A Great Time!

The house was awesome. We really enjoyed the big screen movie area and the games. Our group ranged from teen to retiree and all had a relaxing time in the hot tub, by the fireplace, and in the reclining movie seats. Host was responsive when we needed towels as well.

Great Pocono getaway with a large group

Great house for a Pocono getaway with a larger group. Relatively close to some fun things to do and the house was in great condition upon arrival - they even granted our request to check in early which was very helpful in setting up prior to the weekend stay. Game room with the movie theater seating and multiple TVs was great for a College Football Saturday!

Great house and amenities but need a 4wd during snow.

House is great. Lots of room and great amenities. It was our second stay here. This time weather was extremely cold and even our 4wd trucks couldn't navigate the driveway. A few of us took pretty serious falls in the driveway as well. Communication with agent was good but unfortunately I think it's our last stay here bc of navigating the steep driveway. We couldn't leave one day to go skiing bc of the conditions.

Perfect family getaway

This was the perfect place to gather two families with kids. Everyone was always entertained- games, hot tub, and exploring outdoors. We could have stayed there for weeks and not gotten bored. The location was great- we went white water rafting, hiking, and beaching all within 20 minutes of the house. Check-in was a breeze. The house was ready a few hours early. Super easy to get in and out!

This property was stunning, they clearly take care of the home and value the integrity of the property. My husband and I renewed our wedding vows on the property for a moonlight NYE ceremony and the outdoor setting combined with the game room just made the most magical night. Thank you!

Better than the photos

I can not emphasize enough how perfect this place was for me and my girlfriend. It was secluded with trees surrounding it so we felt a sense of privacy and it was very cozy and everything just worked perfectly. Not to mention aesthetically it was very appealing. Would be great to bring kids too, as they can sleep in the loft up top. Close to every attraction yet private at the same time. 10/10

Stay in the Poconos

Overall stay was good. We did have 3 issues, the downstairs sliding door locking was broken, the hot tub needed more chemicals but none where available, and the garbage from the people before us as not picked up. With the weather being so hot and the garbage being there for so long the smell from the garbage area was resent in the downstairs.
