800 Sq. Ft. cottage on the edge of Red Mill Pond near Lewes. Pond view and plenty of privacy. Located on a one lane development with quick access to Coastal Hwy which is the main artery to beach

Just minutes from downtown Lewes, seven miles from Rehoboth Beach and tax-free shopping at the outlets, and over 100 restaurants.

Relax on the front porch after your day in the sun or in the Adirondack chairs in the back yard sand. This light and airy retreat comfortably sleeps two, Fully furnished large upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and armoire. Downstairs consists of the living area, kitchen, dining area, bathroom and closet space. Kitchen is completely stocked with coffee pot, microwave, stove and all dishes and pans needed to cook your own meal. Sheets and bath towels are supplied.

Although air-conditioned throughout, the cottage rarely needs more than an opening of the numerous windows to let the summer breeze cool you. Flat screen smart TV with your streaming channels, free Wi-Fi internet access.

This cozy getaway was the perfect spot for us to celebrate our 50th date anniversary. The cottage is just perfect for two guest. It has everything you would need for a comfortable stay and it is very clean. Joanne is a wonderful host and responds promptly with any questions. Highly recommend!

Joanne is a great host with very good communication. The house is cozy, and was decorated for the season with a little Christmas tree. The mini split units both upstairs and downstairs made climate control easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location to Prime Hook and Cape Henlopen state park. Clean home, well stocked kitchen. It's a beach cottage so the insulation is a little lacking, it was a chilly weekend. Probably perfect for the warmer weather.

Such a lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage! It was such a cute place that had everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard too. The location was close to downtown with shopping and restaurants and just a short drive to the beaches and boardwalk. We look forward to staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. It's perfect for two people, and we loved all the windows and the surrounding trees. The bed is very comfortable. The welcoming Christmas tree lights were a nice touch when we arrived. The cottage stayed warm despite snow and windchill temps in the low single digits. We enjoyed downtown Lewes (great restaurants), and the cold didn't deter us from exploring the beaches. Joanne is a wonderful host. We felt so at home in this cottage and definitely want to come back.

Very Nice Cozy Cottage

Lovely cottage in a very private setting. Nicely furnushed, clean, with an excellent front deck to relax on and a big backyard with a firepit. Great location and well equipped kitchen. Higly recommend for a romantic get away without intrusion.
