Very spacious home, The dock on the canal was a nice bonus - provided a launch point for our kayak rentals and a sunny spot for late afternoon cocktails. Location was great with a short 3 minute walk to the bay, 10 minute walk to Pine Avenue or Bean Point Beach on the gulf.

Pool and property were great - only issue we didn't realize we needed to adjust the thermostat to "occupied" but it only got warm in the house when we were cooking.

The location was great and we were able to bike around the area easily. However I wouldn’t recommend this location if you have a toddler. The staircase to the loft is smaller than usual so a standard baby gate does not fit and the deck staircase was missing a guardrail that left a big gap that a child could fall through. The owners acknowledged it but it was not repaired during my stay. Also there are still no blinds on any of the living room windows or sliding doors and the shower in the main bathroom was unusable due to the orientation of shower head and the shower in the guest bathroom was slow to drain.

I am confused about the baby gate situation as we have had other guests stay and use baby gates with no issues. Most baby gates are adjustable to accommodate various sizes of stair entrances. We let the owner know about the deck piece and are working with maintenance to get this issue resolved. Thank you.

The house was spacious with an amazing pool.The property is a short walk to the beach, fishing, and shops. We enjoyed all the amenities it has to offer. I highly recommend this property. The house was pretty clean. I have a high standard when it comes to having a clean house. The only thing that needed better cleaning was the floor. Upon arrival, the floor still had sand in the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. I don’t think the floor has been mopped for quite sometime either. There was also an issue with your trash pick up day. Your instructions to have trash out on Monday morning was incorrect. It’s Tuesday morning. I recommend modifying your instructions in the email and binder. Thank you for your beautiful house.

Great Property close to Pine Street

My family stayed at in early April 2023. The property was as advertised, well maintained and equipped with everything we needed during our weeklong stay. I would definitely stay here again, and I recommend this property to others.

Super nice host, property close to everything!

We were getting married at the sandbar down the street and wanted to be close to the restaurant. Property was just the right distance to everything. All our family were close too. Property was pretty clean. There were a few AC vents that were dirty but overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay during your time on Anna Maria Island!

This house is close to everything! We were initially concerned about the air conditioner not working properly, but once the house cooled down to the preferred temperature it was a comfortable stay. It was warm in the loft, but luckily we didn’t need that space.

great location near Pine Avenue ...

... and close to the bay. We were hoping to put in our kayaks and paddle boards off the dock into the lagoons, but unfortunately, the dock isn't set up for that. other than that, we really enjoyed the pool and the big, open kitchen.

The location was fabulous the rental was nice. The only downfall was at night you were not able to get onto Netflix, etc. through their TV. And the pool was cold not heated..
